I took my vehicle in for a front brake job. They changed the pads and resurfaced the rotors. Less than 3 weeks later, my vehicle had excessive vibration during braking. So my rotors were warped; it appears that they didn’t even mic the rotors because the vehicle never underwent any heavy braking. I took it back and had them replace the rotors and redo the brakes. 5 weeks later, the caliper bolt fell out, and the rotor began scraping on my wheel. Dealership states they would not replace the wheel due to “cosmetic issues.” I took it to another shop, and they recommended replacing the wheel. This dealership does not care/prioritize their customer's safety; I will never visit them again.

They made me wait 3 hours and they don't even seem very busy! And they messed up the tire rotation so they had to fix that after I noticed they put the tires on wrong. Go someplace else.

I had used a local place to change my oil but my car didn't seem to run quiet right. Already I can hear and feel a difference with this oil change. Everyone here was super friendly and willing to help me. I will be back and will buy my next car here also.

Overfilled my oil way over new f150 first oil change didn't put the cap back on was sitting on my wiper blade second time don't think they changed oil was dark in color and deleted my camera footage from dash cam for service part only shady and haven't went back since avoid do what I do and just go somewhere else

This is a mixed review. We made an appointment with Rob for 10:00AM because we had a letter about a recall on the software. I took the car in and had him add an oil change. They said it would be around 2 hours! I went back to get it at 3:00 and they said it was not ready. Rob had no idea it wasn’t ready and he was vey nice and professional about it realizing I was very upset! The car was not ready until 5:30. Rob gave me a discount on oil change and was so nice but the service should not have taken that long since I left it with them at 10 in the morning!

Good service, but plan on 2 hours if you are a walkin. Appointments are very quick, had a full set of tires in 35 minutes, and an oil change with tire rotation on another vehicle in less than an hour. You do not have to be a Ford product, if this is your 1st time with your Bob Hurley purchased vehicle no matter how old, oil change is free.

Called & asked about vehicle shimmying & was told we needed a balance. We were traveling through, was told to come over, it was 2:35, that no one was coming till 3. They were 4.4 miles from where we were. They said it'd take about 45 min., no more than an hr. We got there less than 10 minutes later to one guy waiting inside. We gave info., keys & the 7 of us started waiting. At 3:40 when our vehicle was still sitting out front where we'd left it, we asked for the keys & left. We are driving at a slow rate of speed to Bartlesville where Walmart promised they'd get us right in. We shall see but Quick Lane delayed us for almost an hr. for no good reason. Not happy & will not even consider one in the future if needed.

I been here a few times it hasn’t ever been the best but it’s hard to find the best. Now this last time I called to schedule an oil change they didn’t have in their system that I use full synthetic I made them mark that on the bill for the appointment. I brought the truck in waited over an hour and a half for a tire patch and an oil change and as I was paying the bill I noticed it wasn’t price for full synthetic. A-holes put regular oil in my truck. I am still here currently my jobs are being put on hold cause now I have to wait for them to drain the oil and put the correct oil again. They will probably still want full payment for making my packed day even more packed. Way to go a-holes
