First experience at this dealership. Attentive staff and awesome customer service! Received a video from the service technician reviewing the condition of my vehicle and any recommendations they had. I’ve never had this type of interaction before. I’m thoroughly impressed!

I was on a long road trip and noticed something was sticking out of the bottom of my engine. Obviously, I freaked out as I needed my vehicle to get to where I was going. The staff at Quick Lane at Bill Knight quickly took in my vehicle and performed an inspection, and fixed the problem immediately. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for? Thank you, Bill Knight Ford! I highly recommend and will definitely stop back when I'm in the area again!

They stopped honoring competitors' coupons. They have a coupon for the Works oil change, only it's not actually a coupon. The service rep told me that it just shows what's in the package. Why then is it in the section under deals & coupons? Keep in mind that there was no price listed for the Works package on this page. I've brought my vehicle there since the day I got it. Now, I may be going elsewhere. They also checked an item as working, and I know that it hasn't been working for months now. Lastly, they sent a video review of the items checked. They said that I had a Coolant Leak. I took it to another company and they couldn't find it.

Great service and competitive price, they did the work I asked them to do, they gave me a full report and highlighted recommended services but did not pressure what so ever to have them completed nor over stated their cause and effect.

Even with an appt at the quick lane, it was 2 hours. The quick lane is not that quick anymore, use to get in and out in less than an hour.

Service is alright but they shouldn't use the word "quick" because it's not. They are quick to get you in and then quick to check you out. But those 2 are a ways apart.

Service is exceptionally slow. The body shop took a full month to repair and we had to contact them repeatedly for updates. The "Quick Lane"" oil change service is NOT quick. We walked out after waiting 3 hours with nothing being done for the car.

I will say it’s tough to be $44 for a full synthetic oil change! However I have never waited 90+ minutes for an oil change that had a scheduled appointment, I find that unacceptable. I got there at 1250p for a 1p appointment and left at 235p. I also asked them to rotate the tires, and they did not do that. The staff was relatively friendly and again the price was great so all in all it was a decent experience and I will go back.
