Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall service I received. The primary issues revolve around the inadequate level of service provided and the broken promise of a free oil change after seventh time The first problem I encountered was the lack of attention to detail during the oil change process. The technician seemed rushed and disinterested, which resulted in a sloppy job. I noticed oil smudges on my car's exterior, indicating a lack of care. Additionally, the oil filter was not properly tightened, causing a small leak that required me to revisit the shop to fix the problem. Furthermore, the car oil change guy failed to fulfill his commitment to provide a free oil change after the sixth visit. I had been looking forward to this perk and had even mentioned it during my previous visits. Another aspect that left much to be desired was the customer service provided. The car oil change guy seemed disorganized and unprofessional. His attitude towards customers was indifferent, and he did not take the time to address my concerns or provide any explanation for the lack of quality service. I understand that running a small business can be challenging, but it is important to maintain consistent quality and honor commitments made to customers. Unfortunately, in my experience, this car oil change guy failed to meet those expectations. Given the unsatisfactory service, broken promises, and lack of attention to detail, I cannot recommend this car oil change guy to others. It is essential to find a service provider who values customer satisfaction and delivers a high-quality experience. I will be seeking an alternative option for my future oil changes to ensure a more reliable and professional service.

I've been going here for a few years and the owner is awesome. Your 7th or 8th oil change is free, and after getting your oil change, you'll get a car wash.

Took well over an hour to even begin to change the oil and even during took extremely long. went here because it says 10 min oil change and it was definitely not!! Could’ve changed 4 cars oil in the time it took To do one!!

Went in for a inspection. It was kind of hard figuring out who was in charge of the place. But once that was established, had it done. Quick and easy! Fare price also.

Do not go here !!! They are sneaky. You go for an oil change then suddenly u are missing pieces out of your vehicle!!! Save yourself thr trouble n coins

Es el peor servicio que tienen en todo brooklyn lleve el carro de la compañía a cambiar el aceite y el tipo no quería recibir tarjeta de crédito aunque en el mostrador dice que reciben todas las tarjetas , no tenía sistema según el señor me tuvo más de dos horas y prácticamente casi llama a la policía , yo quería pagar e irme pero el solo quería recibir cash un grosero fuera de lugar cuando el problema no era mío sino de el ! Yo iba esperar que venga la policía yo no tenía tarjeta para retirar del cajero más q la tarjeta de la compañía me toco llamar a mi jefe y que le haga un zelle a la cuenta personal del señor un verdadero malestar que pase el peor servicio de mi vida no recomendaría este lugar ni a mi peor enemigo totalmente desubicado este tipo

Muy bueno , a parte que te cambian el aceite del carro , te dan servicio de llanta , llenan el líquido para vidrios y lo mejor que dan servicio de car wash gratis . Excelente Muchas gracias amigos Seguro que volveré 👍

They were quick and courteous. I appreciate that they topped off all my fluids and put air in my tires without me having to ask. They take care of your basic maintenance needs.
