These guys were life savers when a screw punctured my tire on Sunday afternoon. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Staff was super friendly and price was right. Highly recommend!

Have been a loyal customer for about 10+ years and today on 10/7/24 at around 1pm, I decided to go in for a topoff as they offer between your next oil change. My next oil change isn't due until mid November, and still had 4,000+ miles before the next oil change. So when I pulled in , and asked for a topoff, the person that approached me seem to be bothered. He had his guy check my oil and the told me that they had to charge me for a topoff, I told him why is that , "I never had to pay before ". He claim it's because it within the 2 month before mine next oil change. I had told him that I never had a problem with this before. At that point I just told him , I'll do it myself. 10+ yrs bring both my cars here, not anymore .

The Best! Consistently amazing service. They have helped us on multiple occasions and in my opinion, they are far superior to the dealership that we used to go to. Always kind and always a smile.

They definitely up-charge you here ($100 for full synthetic when the average is $70) 😮‍💨 definitely going to start changing my own oil after using their services😪 oh and they are always trying to upsell you services. Do not get new filters or wipers here 😂 UPDATE: finally started changing my oil, thanks to quick oils high prices 🙏

Should have written a review for this place a long time ago. Great quick service, reasonable prices and no high pressure sales tactics. Always nice staff especially the manager. Just today they were out of the specialty oil for my car. They took my number, went and got it, called me a couple hours later. I returned and was in and out in minutes.

Regular customer came in a after getting a "oil change" from this place. Cars having misfires due to them adding to much oil causing them to buy new spark plugs and 2 ignition coils. Don't go here, or you'll end up paying twice.

Very fast and efficient, but most likely didn’t allow enough time to drain old oil. Also very expensive, $90 for an oil change.

The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making the wait in the lobby comfortable. The service, including a quick engine flush, was completed in just 15 minutes.

This place is a rip off, went there 2 times and paid with a credit card, 3 times I paid cash, they kept the cash, didn't put it in the system and only added oil and didn't even do the oil change. When I confronted the manager he said the guys who took care of my car were fired.

This place is a total rip off sent my wife there to get an oil change they come out trying to tell her the engine is knocking and I just had them put a new engine then they told her she needs rear brakes that they would do for 400 dollars when it’s only a hour tops to replace and I can do myself they try and sell you extra stuff that you don’t need cause they saw a woman and thought they can get over on her this place is ridiculous and over priced they think cause there in a yuppie neighborhood they gunna get over on people don’t trust them there a money hungry business

Got a bad battery that failed after 2 months. Then the wanna charge $30 labor for a 5 minute job I could do myself. Gotta love owning a car in this city 🙄

I asked them to put air in my tires, they said they would, when I got my car back my tire light was still on, so I went back inside to ask if they did. They said they did and the car light just needed to reset. I checked my tires when I got home and all of them were still way under.

For anything more than an oil change take your car to G&G Auto on Fullerton for reasonable prices and quality customer service. They charged me $200 to replace 2 out of 4 spark plugs on a routine tune up, then told me it would cost me $1000 dollars to change the other 4 out on a Dodge Grand caravan because their tech broke two of the old ones while removing them. Plus they charged me for a full pack of spark plugs wires while only installing 3 of them.
