He snapped off one of my wheel studs when removing a lug nut that I had hand tightened. He realized that torquing it was not working and immediately used a wrench, which snapped the stud off along with the lug nut. It was hot to the touch when he handed it to me. He didn't even seem to care either, nor did he offer to repair it.

conned me out of $50dollars for something that's cost $10-$20 really don't appreciate that saw him charges guy a 100 dollars for a tire that's used i dont like that because i was a female i was got out of money i didn't have to just give away

I Live In The Neighborhood & They Tried To Over Charge Me $50 For A Used Tire & Also Charge A Labor Fee Saying That Using The Car Jack & Machine That Takes The Tire Off The Rim Counted As "Stressful Labor".

This is the best tire shop in Michigan. The guys here are professionals and they go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I've bought two tires for my BMW 535ix and they look unused. Great pricing and great service for sure.

Very humbled and a professional guy!I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends, and the best thing I like about Will is that he don’t manipulate or try to use people, but is very honest with his work. Very quick and easy job, didnt take all day, and the price was very reasonable for one tire!

They take care of you at Quick Stop. The only place I go for used tires.
