My wife needed some air in one of our tire. and she went next door from her job and went to Quioccasin Tire & Auto and she went to look someone and came across this short baldheaded white man had ask him nicely can you help me I need some air and I don’t know what I’m doing..and he say find someone else I can’t help you… if I was there it wouldn’t be a problem because I’m white and my wife is black…

Me and my family always go here for any type of repair for 3 years now. Great service, reliable, and fair pricing. It can be tough to find trustworthy mechanics (especially for young women) but these guys have proven themselves time and time again!

Eid replaced on my toyota sieanna 2008 the wires due to the engine just cutting off, and upon pulling out of the lot THE CAR CUT OFF. I dealt with this for an entire year promises of fixing the car. I decided to purchase another car. He took my 1000.00 cash and with no remorse for fixing the car and doing his job. Shame. but that is ok. God had better plans. In the end I forgive him for being greedy and hope he finds himself with Jesus and fixing this. I in other words have moved on and have been blessed. I however have to do my job and warn others.

The owner was very helpful. He checked my tire and was very honest that if he patched it, I would be wasting my money because it wouldn't last. He didn't charge me and referred me to another shop because he didn't have the tire that I needed. I would definitely go back.

These guys are awesome. My break pads and rotor were completely worn down. Not only did they take me 45 minutes after calling, they also finished replacing less than an hour. Take your car here, they’re fast, reliable and kind people.

A friend referred me to this shop, 3 years ago. The owner is very friendly and they have then best service around. On my last visit he replaced my brakes on my BMW 2017 for 120$ cheaper then any other garage.

Most honest repair shop in Richmond. They are quick, reasonably priced and trustworthy. Beyond blessed that a friend referred them to me. They have worked on my teenagers older car a ton and do what is needed that he can afford while letting him know what he needs to get done down the road. We are going to be going to them for all of our vehicles including a super tricky jeep that a lot of shops didn't understand. They do. Love love love them!!!

please do not go to this site, change of ownership or management and they are the worst. I took my car to get the brakes done. They told me they changed the discs and bands. the car kept dreaming when braking I came back and he told me that it was normal that I had to wait 2 weeks and the sound disappeared, this never happened. 3 months later I had to fix them again. it was a scam. do not go to this site

I called on Wednesday to see if I could bring a motorcycle in for inspection. The guy said to bring it in the following day before 8am. I got up at 7 and rode over in the rain and he denied that he had ever talked to me and said “if you get it here on Monday before 8am I can do the inspection. Clearly he doesn’t write these things down and just tells people to come in the morning. I even showed him the call on my phone from the previous day, verifying that it was the correct place.

Shout out to the guy on the phone that answers the found in an abrasive hello and just up and lied to me in the first minute. So I know I’ve been cursed with the f150 spark plugs because they can break. He told me that there’s not going to be anyone that will fix my car because of this. I told him that’s not true, I’ve called multiple places and received estimates with the knowledge that it can be more tedious but can absolutely be done. Then he just tells they will break my entire engine. Professional honesty with solutions or recommendations is one thing but this was enough for me to write a review. So who hired this guy?!
