Some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Hailey and Noel (not sure on spelling) were very helpful. I had my tire plugged and they didn’t charge me because “I waited a long time” but it was only 30 min. While I waited I talked to Hailey and Noel, and saw them interact with a handful of customers. They were on a first name basis with every person who waked in the door. It’s rare to find such great service like this!

Brought in my 2nd car for a (walk-in) alignment after I did some suspension work and they finished so fast - in under an hour! Also fixed a brake fluid leak they noticed. Super friendly service and reasonable prices. There seemed to be a good comraderie amongst the team members, too. Highly recommend.

NOEL, is amazing. What a wonderful company. I needed my front suspension replaced and RB Tire and break completed it in less than 1 day They are an incredible, reliable and honest repair shop. I highly recommend RBTire and Brake. The owner Rick and all the staff, mechanics are the best.

Came in to RB tire and brake with a dragging brake(due to a bad at home repair). With no appointment they were able to fix the problem and get me on my way the same day. They even cleaned up some minor scuffs on my vehicle. Was very sastisfied with the customer service and price!

I typically don’t leave reviews, good or bad. But I’m compelled to give a five star shout out to this family business. I called yesterday about a tire replacement. I’ve never used them before. Haley said she would order it and have it ready by 2 PM. At noon after driving the car 40 miles the tire held pressure so I called and canceled. Noel told me no problem at all and he was glad my problem had been corrected. I woke up this morning to go to work and it was flat again. Mea Culpa. I called back today. They said absolutely I can come in same day. They still had the tire (which I had ordered and cancelled) and would replace it. I arrived 45 minutes before closing and they had it ready within 30 minutes. Amazing service! Kudos to Hayley and Noel. Nice job and well done. Thank you!

10/10 would recommend! They fixed several issues my car had within a day. They explained everything in simple terms and had amazing customer service. It’s really nice to have a local place that is trustworthy, fairly priced, and efficient. I appreciate you guys!

An awesome and honest shop, I highly recommend them. I called them around 11:30am, they had me bring my car in at 1pm and replaced 4 rotors and pads and had my car back to me in the same day and were spot-on with the estimate! Dan the technician was very friendly and explained all the work that was done, and Noel the service advisor was super friendly and helpful, a genuinely good group of dudes!!

I was driving in RB and my tire light came on in my truck. Quickly Googled tire repair and found these guys super close to where I was. I had a nail in my tire. I drove to RB Tire and Brake. They were busy, but they repaired my tire and had me back on the road in under an hour. I don't remember the owner's name, but he was cool and nice to chat with. Highly recommend these guys!

I was there at 12pm for my tyre leakage and A lady on the customer service asked me to come at 1:30pm and she did not write my name on the appointment list (disappointed with that). I was there at 1:30pm and i got no name on the list but, Will (apologies if i get the name incorrect but he might remember me) managed to help me out with his best mechanic within 30min. He is the best guy on the customer service (very polite and he knows how to handle customer very well). Hope the lady doesn’t do that to someone else. If you think you can’t make it, just be honest with the customer and don’t just give random time just to fake it (i value my time too) 5starts for Will and his best mechanic.

It was one of those chaotic days as a parent. We were trying to get back home after visiting family, one of my kids threw up in the car and I had to take the first exit. After cleaning up the mess, I realized one of the tires was low and had a screw sticking out. RB was the closest so we went there. The first person I spoke to was not the tire mechanic, but instead of dismissing me, he made sure to take me to the one in charge. They understood my situation and treated me well. We hadn’t eaten anything so we walked over to a nearby place to grab food and when we came back they had already finished repairing the tire. They have my gratitude. A couple of hours later we made it back home safely. Thank you to all the staff at RB. May God bless all of you.

Honest feedback on any fix in the car. No pushing on any fix needed. Ride service, if needed within range. Excellent customer service. Pricing, no idea as don't have references w.r.t. other service center, so far looks average.

I purchased an early 2000 Mustang GT recently but was stumped in regards to how to fix my A/C properly. Considering the age of the car, I knew I needed professional help to get it fixed after doing some standard troubleshooting. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how quickly was fixed considering supply chain issues. Not only did they do a great job, but they provided me a loaner car to get me to/ from work for two days. Thank you so much for the great work and getting my car up and running again in such a timely manner. I was also impressed with the range of vehicles there. I have a classic Mustang as well and would feel confident taking it there after I get my motor running. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing work done for their personal rides. They understood my goal and didn’t over-sell what maintenance needed to get done. I respectfully told them what I felt I needed professional work and they stuck to that plan. Definitely will return for future planned (and maybe unplanned) maintenance!!!

charged me $165 to scan my engine and tell me I need new brakes. Also tried to charge me $210 for an oil change, $1300 for brakes, and $300 for a knock sensor. When I told them no they tried to tell me the price was flexible. But at least they are very polite when they try to charge you based on percieved ignorance.

Rick helped me with my brakes/alignment for my truck. He was very helpful and most importantly DID A GREAT JOB. i will def. be coming back. the only problem is parking is kind of tough in that area when they are busy
