After a minor accident, My daughter had an issue with her fender rubbing on her tire. The owner immediately took care of her car and saved us money and hassle! I would totally recommend him for anyone in the Waco area.

Glad we chose John for the work needed on our vehicle. We wanted to use a local company and it worked out great. Work was completed even before the due date. Fair price (actually better than fair) and just a super nice guy to work with.

I went to R & J to get my bumper fixed, and the service was amazing. It was quick and fairly priced. It took less than an hour and now my car looks new again. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work on their car in the Waco area.

John is a great guy who does good work at a fair price. I came in for a detached bumper and an unknown rattle, and he had them both solved in half an hour. It was also much cheaper than a big shop would have charged. I’ll definitely be returning if I have other issues.

While visiting Waco from Boston, as we were leaving the Magnolia area, we were followed by someone yelling at us for some imagined slight. I attempted to address the individual but they became more agitated and after I got in my rental car, they stood behind me and blocked me from leaving, and were writing down the license plate and threatening us. Someone from R&J Bodyshop took it on themselves to walk around and talk the guy down so we could leave. I have no idea how good of a body shop they are, but their staff are courageous and selfless. If I ever have need of a body shop, they’re getting my business!

Fantastic service. The owner goes above and beyond in all of his work. I had a difficult set of circumstances where the accident happened in Waco, but I live out of town. Owner was extremely accommodating with my situation and I could not ask for higher quality service.

One of my lights bulbs went out on my headlights and my dealership was gonna charge me $1170 just to get it fixed, i know right. Went to him and he fixed it for me for $60. Thanks god for this place!!!

I had issues with my wheel fender unfurling. I was able to squeeze in within 10 minutes to fix it. My wheel fender liner has had no issues ever since. I appreciate the accommodation and the service they gave me!

I was in town on business on a Sunday(im from Houston). My truck was having brake problems. I called every mechanic in town in Waco to no avail. I called John at his body shop and he provided many leads and phone #s to individuals whom coule help me get back on the road. Not only did he provide leads and phone #s he called me after the fact to check up on me. John Ramirez is an Honest stand up guy. I wouldnt hasitate to give this gentlmen my business. If your in the Waco area and want a straigh shooter stand up guy working on your vehicle take it to R&J Body Shop

New to town and went over to R&J after a mechanic did not show for my appointment. I am so glad he did because the guys at R&J provided excellent service & went beyond what was needed. I went to get my low beams changed, but they checked fuses, tire air pressure, oil, water, adjusted my lights, educated me on a few things about my car, and resurrected my headlights. They look new now. And doing all of this, he also saved me money. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the services I received. They definitely have my recommendation & if you choose any place else in the area, it would be a foolish decision.

These guys saved my life! After going thru a vandalism which left my car in horrible condition. These guys assured me that they would have my car looking brand new and they kept their WORD! My car actually looks better than it did before the Vandalism. The paint job is superb! Very professional and friendly. If anything ever happens to my vehicles this is the only place I’m going to go!

Told me he doesnt have time to buff out some bad scratches all over my truck bc he has a lot of work and he only like to deal with insurance so "he isn't even gunna mess with it". Not very smart for a small business.

Danny is the most helpful, generous and attentive young man, he will make your visit worth your time. The other young gentleman there is not so much. Something about him kinda rubbed me the wrong way. His eyes tell a story of deceite. I don't get that feeling about people often, but when i do I am usually on point.
