I called for a repair on my tire or replacement and got an immediate person out to fix my tire. The guy showed up in 7 minutes. This blew my mind. I usually have to wait hours on a repair. His name was Matt and he fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes. Of all the experiences I had with people fixing my tire nobody has fixed my tire as good and as fast as Matt. I give Matt the highest review. He was a professional at fixing a semi steer tire. I called my boss and told him and he said to text him a picture of the business card so he can use it for all of our drivers that need a tire repair. Thanks Matt you have my vote as my top tire changer and fixer. You did an excellent job!

Had a tiny piece of metal on the top side of my brand new tire took it to tire discounter they told me it was unfixable that I had to get a new tire for $300 so I came over to RJ‘s. They were able to fix it. They actually took the piece of metal out took time to figure out if it was fixable and if I didn’t need a new tire, it was only $150 but they were able to patch my tire And save me a lot of money. These guys are not here rip people off. They truly care about their customers. Then I drive a Dodge Durango with 21 inch tires so they’re not little tires. They are expensive and only a year old!!!

Stay away from these crooks .We had a window between 8-9 am today to get tires moved from one truck to another. Driver driver showed up at 847 am and these crooks billed us for $210 over then the $160 agreed payment. U offered a $40 refund. Not justified. Please refund the $210 to our account.

Originally was very happy with their service, but 6 months later when I went to get my breaks done at another shop, they could not get my lug nuts off. Come to find out R&J stripped my bolts putting them on. So I went back up there to R&J to let them know what has happened and they said the place where I was getting my breaks done must have stripped them taking them off. Well we all know you don’t strip lug nuts taking them off, they come off easy unless you strip them putting them on. So basically R&J cost me $400 and says there not responsible. They stripped 8 lugs nuts on 3 different adapters on my truck. Had to buy new adapters. Horrible customer care. Matt at R&J striped them and Matt says his boss Jesse said he’s not responsible.

Came in to replace tires on our skid steer. They bent every rim in the same spot (either putting on the new ones or removing the old) one constantly leaked air after) We’ve used them lots in the past but after this, no more. The guys in the trucks are ok, but the junkies at their shop are clowns, just pull up and watch for 2 minutes

I called this company after calling several national based companies… no one wanted to touch my tour bus… I am on a 20 city tour and desperately needed 2 tire changes…. This company came out and did an awesome job! I can remember the guys name, but was very professional and proficient at his job. I will highly recommend this company!

Great Customer Care they don't advertise doing Specialty tires and rims but I got 13 inch wire wheels with white that needed tubed and nobody would touch him these guys did them at a great price thank you guys

If you wake up early in the morning with a flat tire in Columbus, this is the place to go. They were the only shop that answered the phone at 6a, and changed it in minutes once I got there. These mechanics aren’t messing around - they are moving quickly and working as a team. The owner was there and came out while we waited and the employees seemed pretty happy at work. Big thanks to the team for getting this done so quickly. Shoutout to Amber as well for pointing out how cheap their vending machine snack prices are.

Update: Needing replacement tires, I called R&J up for help. They demonstrated the same service they demonstrated the last time. Very helpful, personable, and down to Earth. The price was align with what I was expecting. They were quick and efficient. Also while I was in there, someone asked them if they help with Lawnmowers. I'm not sure the outcome but when I left they were listening to hear how they could help, even though they specialize in servicing large trucks. Customer service at its core. Great work R&J! --------- The staff and service at R&J Tires Services is great. After receiving damage to my tire, I call them to see what possibilities I had in getting it serviced. Amber talked me through their process, primarily being a tire business for large trucks and commercial vehicles, but was eager to help in seeing if their team could patch it. So I took it in to get serviced. Throughout my process, I interacted with not only Amber but the manager connected with me at one point as well as a mechanic that fixed my tire. All maintained positive energy and communication. My car is back to running as usual now and I'm thankful for their speedy assistance.

I came here to get my tires looked at after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price for 1 tire. They told me I had a nail they couldn’t patch. I went to R & J and they quoted me a great price for 4 tires and showed me the nail that could have been patched. Their staff is great! The Manager Shane and the staff took great care of me. They work hard out here in this cold and treated me like family. Earned my trust. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you! I’ll be back for my tire rotation.
