he is a great guy he is honest friendly and you can tell he hires the same kind of workers. i come here for my oil changes and emissions and it is quick and easy and he offers lower prices than most every other shop.

First experience with the fine folks at RK... As many know, it's time consuming and rather difficult to obtain emissions testing in the greater Milwaukee area. I've had to go to 4 different places the past 4 times my Jeep required testing, as either the previously visited places were not doing testing any longer or they weren't in business anymore. RK was relatively close by, and had many positive reviews. There were about 6 cars ahead of me when I arrived, and I expected to settle in for a long wait. Well, RK has it down to a science! A dedicated tech, doing nothing but emissions, kept things moving right along. Within 20 minutes, I was on my way, with a passed emissions certificate, AND some valuable advice regarding an issue previously encountered. Absolutely recommend RK for emissions! AND, while I've got a regular repair shop " in the family" (so to speak), I feel confident in recommending RK for your auto repair!

I just came for an emissions test, but they were great. Had me in and out in five minutes, and everybody was singing along to the radio. Place looked bumping, every bay had something in it.

For the most part, RK Motors continues to be quite solid in the quality of their work and customer service. I have been patronizing them for over a year. I always experience being tajen care of an expedient and thorough fashion, plus the communication continues to be very good between the staff and myself as a customer :)

No upsell. Brought my Explorer in on the day before Thanksgiving at 315 with a slow leak in my tire. They found a way to get me in and within 40 minutes the tech was holding a bolt that had been stuck in my tire. He plugged it and it has been fine. Have heard dealerships that try to upsell a new tire for this.
