Had new plugs installed since the original ones had 124,500 miles on them. Ralph asked if my check engine light was on, because a lot of people think it could be the plugs with so many miles on them. It was not, just my mileage went down and the engine was a little sluggish. When I picked up my car, they showed me my original plugs and they explained to me it was the right time to change them and why. Not many places will do that. Friendly and honest service.

I dropped my jeep off very late one day, i think he actually stayed open for me when i called, and got a call first thing in the morning the next day with the problem. I looked it up and shopped around expecting it to be an expensive fix, R & M fixed it in half the time and half the price. I hope i never HAVE to come back lol, but i would gladly hand my keys over to this place. Great service

Once I tried the great guys at R&M, I've never even considered going anywhere else. Fair and honest pricing, great advice and the BEST customer service I've ever had. They've treated me like I was their family. And ladies, if you want a shop that you can feel comfortable going to by yourself and know that you'll always be treated with kindness, respect and honesty, THIS is the only place you'll ever want to go. They wanted to charge me $47 dollars to retourque my lug nuts. Instead I went to Ray's OK Service down to road where they retourqed my lug nuts in less than two minutes, and refused to take my money. STAY AWAY FROM THE CROOKS AT R&M SERVICES. If they were going scam me out of $47 to tighten some lug nuts, I'd hate to see how bad the screw people when their cars have significant issues.
