If I could leave no stars that would be adequate. The customer service especially the general manager is horrible at this place. They don’t have a problem selling, but poor service after you buy the machine. Avoid if you can!

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a brand new ATV in February and it stopped working 7 months later. Called the service department and one guy told me they had some cancellations and I can bring it in to them. After driving an hour, the general manager says that they don’t have cancellations and we can’t drop it. I was not about to get through to her or reason with her because they don’t know how to communicate and wouldn’t let me explain. Ended up leaving with no solution to the issue and very upset I called Galen, he said he’d call me back multiple times with a solution and get it in to fix it. At least call your customers to give an update on what is being done or found out instead of not calling at all. Your customers should not have to keep calling to figure out that nothing has been done. Very poorly ran customer service side to this business. Will not be buy another machine from them, I’ll go out of state if need be… Hannah on the other hand was extremely helpful with any questions about my purchase and all the paperwork included but was not able to help the situation as she’s in the finance department. Update: In light of my most recent experience, my review of this business has still not changed. Yes, they did get my machine in and out which I appreciate, but only after I had to finally go in person to talk to them after not getting a phone call back that they said I was supposed to receive by the end of the day on that Tuesday and then they charge me $400 to take fuel out and replace a spark plug. Not to mention in the message they said they had already replaced the spark plug before I authorized it. Thank you for sending me multiple messages on my personal phone and telling me when I first met in person that I need to take this review down and it wouldn't get me in faster or get anyones attention, your guys work was appreciated very much to get it in and out in a day. Still will be going elsewhere to buy toys from now on and will spread the word. P.S please stop messaging my phone about this review, its not going to change my mind.

We have bought motorcycles from here in the past and wanted to buy another. Went to purchase a motorcycle and left with the worst experience. We found a motorcycle we liked and started talking. They refused to work with us. They would not accept to trade in our old motorcycle due to work that had been done on it. All the work done to all our motorcycles have been here. We have never had any work done anywhere else. This dealership does not stand by their own work. I caution anyone who wishes to conduct business here. If they can't stand by their own work, how can anything else they do be trusted? I urge everyone to give this place a wide berth so that they can't take advantage of anyone else. I would give 0 starts if I could. Completely unacceptable experience.

Got some motorcycle tire tubes here. They had the sizes I needed so that was good. One of the services reps was helpful. The other guy was quite rude and needs an attitude adjustment.

My recent purchase of the 2024 CAN-AM Defender HD7 was a wonderful experience from inception to completion. The staff was amazing and knowledge base was unmatched. I would recommend R&S West to all that are searching for an off and on road vehicle. Marshall was my salesmen and walked me through every part of the vehicle in detail, with no questioned unanswered. His superlative abilities provided me with a complete and thorough understanding of my purchase, from a descriptive point of view. Customer awareness, honesty, and integrity is of the highest importance with me when doing business. Marshal met all those markers with ease. From a financial aspect, Hannah reviewed the contract and additional coverage as a true professional. Here ability provide various options that worked within my budget, was truly remarkable. Don't let her youthfulness fool you, Hannah knows her job very well and exhumed confidence in every transaction. I comment her for a job well done. Christen had an infectious personality, which allowed us to connect right away. The information she provided was from a different look and perspective. However, it connected with Marshall and Hannah's philosophy. What a wonderful and knowledgeable person. Finally, having the ability to cascade and embody the companies mission and vision statement from top to bottom can determine the success or failure of a company or business. I have visited this dealership three times over the past seven years with the intention of purchasing a side-by-side vehicle. Unfortunately, each visit has been marked by poor customer service. Despite spending considerable time at the dealership, I have often been ignored or told someone would assist me, only to be left waiting indefinitely. It is concerning to see that customers who fit a certain profile receive immediate and attentive service, while others do not. For those seeking a better buying experience, I recommend considering out-of-state dealers. They have consistently been more accommodating, willing to ship to New Mexico, and often include additional incentives. Overall, I would advise taking your business to a dealership that values and respects all customers, regardless of their background.

Both Hannah and Phil were amazing and super helpful throughout the whole buying process. Stayed late one night with me because of some insurance issues and worked around my issues as well as me schedule. They were both really welcoming and knowledgeable as well as friendly! Can’t say enough good things about the both of them. If you’re considering buying a bike, r&s is the place and Phil as well as Hannah are your go to people.

If you have a motorcycle you really need to check this location out. They have everything that you could need or want for your bike. Conveniently located with easy access to and from Albuquerque. R & S is located in the north part of town, with a safe location. The staff is responsive and not pushy, very courteous and high marks for their professionalism. This location is worth a stop in to check everything out.
