I just recently had work done to my Chevy Avalanche. Scott was a tremendous help on finding parts and getting reimbursements for parts that were put on by another repair shop. I would recommend R&W Automotive to all my friends and family. The service was fantastic

I was looking for a service center close to my house that I could trust. Read the reviews and decided to try . I needed service on a 2002 thunderbird and was worried about the cost on the OLD car. Power steering was fixed on first call and while checking over the engine they found the clutch on the air compressor was “ falling apart “. Another scare for repairing the OLD car. Took car back for second service to get this fixed. Good quality work at a fair price!! Satisfied with their shop and employees ! This means a lot for an OLDGUY when you hear of people being sold parts and service not needed.. I have 3 cars and will be taking them to R and W !!

I’ve used R&W’s services now a few times and each time have had a wonderful experience. Very professional, friendly, asks questions, timely, affordable and I love that they inform you of the problem(s) before they fix it and keep you posted along the way (as much as possible). They made sure I was taken care of when my car broke down off Brownsboro Rd, offering a tow service, as well as a possible ride if needed. I will definitely continue to use them for my oil changes and any mechanical repairs. Being a woman many times you are taken advantage of due to it being a mechanical issue. Not R & W! I highly recommend if you are a woman with car problems to use R & W. Also being on a fixed income their prices are very reasonable and only fix and charge what’s real necessary. I highly recommend giving them a try when needed!

I love R&W!!! Scott and his crew ALWAYS take care of me. Recently went for an oil change and driving there it was pouring down rain and I said to myself, " I need new wiper blades, badly!" That was going to be my first stop when I left. In the interim, one of Scott's guys came in and said I needed new wiper blades! I didn't even mention that I needed them, they just checked. Scott was able too get them for me and have them installed before I left. I also asked if they would check the life of the tires, because I know it's getting close to time for new ones. When the guy came in from the shop, I ask him to check them for me, he said he was doing that next. Nothing short of AMAZING SERVICE!!!! It's so nice to go to a shop and trust they have the customers best interest in mind! You don't find this kind of service these days and I am so grateful to have been referred there many years ago. You all ROCK!

Taken my daughters car there twice for brakes. She heard a squeaking sound. They explained the squeaking and showed us the car, brake pads , rotors etc all good. Could have taken advantage of my ignorance of cars and got a good chunk of money from me but they have been honest and only repaired what truly needed repairs.

Top notch service from the people on the shop side as well as the front office. I highly recommend R&W automotive for any of your needs. Very fair priced and most importantly honest people helping you. I couldn’t recommend them more than enough. Will be looking forward to having them do all my routine maintenance and other jobs in the future!

While I can’t vouch for their service, I can say that these mechanics went out of their way to help, we lost a pet nearby and when they found her, they refused reward money and took special care to make sure she was okay, including taking her to a nearby clinic to get her checked out. If that doesn’t exclaim trustworthiness, I don’t know what does.

Hands down, the best, most honest collection of mechanics. This family business has the best service I've had in 20 years. I would recommend them every time. I took my vehicle in on the thought it was going to be almost $1000 repair, and they were honest about it turning out to be another issue which was almost half the cost. I will be a faithful customer for all my repair needs.

Having a family member who is a mechanic is a luxury and when that family member retires it's hard to find that level of trust. My family has taking three vehicles over to R&W and we have ABSOLUTELY found that level of trust. Thank you for the amazing service. I wouldn't hesitate to take them any of my automobile work.

Terrible service and repair. They said that they fixed my car and then when I took it to another dealership after it was having the same problem, I found out that they did not replace a part when confronted they admitted to it and refunded me the money. This place is ridiculous. They are unprofessional, and they do not repair your car and then lie to you about it. I would absolutely not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

These guys are the most honest and helpful mechanics I've ever dealt with. They always explain everything they do and why and do a great job. 5 stars!
