Radial Tire Service w is outstanding. I needed 4 new tires and brakes. They finished when they said they would and the car (Infiniti QX60) drives like new. Pricing was very good especially as the tires are high end. They also provided me with a loaner car so I didn't have sit and wait. I couldn't ask for more than RTS provided.

Amazing people! I needed all new tire sensors and Lexus quoted me $1,500 and charged $225 on top just to inspect it. Radial Tire did it for $430 and they don't charge for the inspection! Sat at Lexus for 2 hours to be told a quote and I was in and out of Radial Tire in 45 minutes. These guys are the best!!

I really didn’t want to share this experience as I have used Radial Tire for many years with many cars. Back in 2012 they damaged an expensive wheel which they replaced luckily on a brand new car. Well I took my SUV in and they damaged another wheel but this time I believe it was Tim that told me I needed to tell them to not damage the wheels before the install, I was like what. So if you really care about your rims be careful, this place isn’t what it used to be like when they had staff like Carl.

By far the best combination of selection, price, and customer service of any tire shop I have been to. They have been able to get me hard to find tires when other shops could not. I live 45 minutes away from this shop, but it’s been worth the drive.

For 25 years I've been going here and getting tires for my vehicles and also doing suspension repairs and an occasional oil change. Extremely knowledgeable staff that care about your needs and always do an excellent job.

Had a flat this morning on way to work. Googled and found Radial Tire Service on Cottage Way. They were already open (7:30) and i was in and out in 15 minutes! Great customer service, didn’t have to go through tedious questions about year/make/model of car and verification like some other tire repair websites.

I got a hole in my tire and came in here before work to get new tires. I just have to say the customer service is top notch and service was very quick! I love that this place is conveniently by my work as well. Going to refer everyone I know!!

I had a simple bolt in my tire that I needed repaired. I went to two large chain tire places. The first one wouldn't repair a tire that hadn't been sold through them (tires are original to the car). The second said the tires were chronically under inflated and it wasn't safe to repair so I would of course need 4 new tires which is ridiculous for a 3 year old car with tire sensors. Any underinflation was dealt with within days. Anyways that lead me to look for a mom and pop shop where I could get a trusted opinion. I knew the moment I walked in RTS that I would be a customer for life.They quickly assessed and fixed my tire. I will definitely return when I do in fact need 4 new tires.

I had a low tire pressure warning yesterday on my way home from the grocery store and pulled into Radial Tire for help. A friendly staff member took care of my flat tire within minutes I was back safely on the road. Exceptional staff, service, and pricing.

Called multiple times and received different quotes each time. I called back to get the deal I was told and they said I had asked for a different size tire that was bigger and now that it was a smaller version of the same tire it would be more expensive. Somehow? I didn't wind up purchasing here, but pay extra attention to the numbers when doing business here, especially when dealing with Miguel.

I came in to have my car looked at because my tire light came on and said one of my tires were low. They took my car to the back and came back 45 mins later with the problem fixed. I was charged $30 for a patch. He never came in to tell me what the problem was or how much it was going to be beforehand, he just patched it up. If he would’ve checked with me first, I would’ve told him not to worry about it because I had another shop that I could’ve taken it to and got it done for free or a lot cheaper. I feel that’s something management should talk to staff about because what if I didn’t have $30 at the time? I called yesterday and spoke to Randy. He was willing to make it right and I appreciate that.

RTS has been my wife’s and I go to Tire & Brake service for years. Today they completed replacement of the TPMS (tire pressure sensors) on our now 11 year old Tacoma. Thanks Randy and team for the friendly service and keeping us on the road.

The best and most honest service I have seen in a very long time. Manager Tim was very informative, and honest, staff were very friendly. Great customer service, friendly staff, fast service and great prices. They do not upsell unnecessary service like many other shops do. Will tell you about the condition of your tires and whether you need alignment etc. honestly. I have been going to Americas Tires for at least the past 15 years, was recommended this tire shop by a friend who is a Lexus/Toyota mechanic. RTS definitely has a new customer for life. We own three cars, will refer my friends. I had a day off, reached out in the morning. By 10 am the tires I’ve ordered were delivered. I showed up an hour later and had the work done. Will definitely support this business!
