My husband took his car there and they kept putting a faulty part even when he had warranty he still had to pay for labor this is the third time his new part has given out these people don’t care bout you they don’t even try to make it right

I had high hopes for this place, especially after reading all the positive reviews and being referred by a friend but they let me down. I will not be going back unfortunately. Sometimes, supporting a family business is not ideal and this is one of those instances. This is a typical example of getting what you pay for. Sad. I now have to spend extra money fixing what they broke. They are nice but niceness doesn't get the job done.

I'm from the East Coasr and never had a mechanic or a car until I arrived in Columbus. A family member took me to Raffy's with my 1st issue. These guys are so fast and very affordable. They recommend you get the parts yourself to save money. The personalized service here is unparalleled. I love Raffy, his son Lenon and their staff here when it come to my car. Raffy and his staff are absolutely amazing!!!! They always fix my car so fast and it's affordable in comparison to other auto shops. Raffy and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He truly cares about his customers and making sure their cars run.

My family and I Have been going here since 2007 and they never disappoint. They’re not pricy and give you an honest opinion about what needs to be fixed and get work done as soon as possible. Definitely recommend them if anyone is trying to fix their car .

I have used. Raffy’s many times. They have kept my 2004 Honda Accord in top running condition. It now has 239k miles on it and still going strong.

These guys are awesome, I had to get my alternator fixed & they really gave me a good deal. They are also really fast, I had talked to another shop who told me if I brought my car to their shop I’d get it back the next day. When I took my car to Raffy’s they had my car done within an hour! Lenin & Arin are the best. If you want your car fixed right the 1st time & don’t want to spend an arm & a leg, go to these guys. I definitely will be recommending them to my friends & family.
