I took my car towards the end of July and met John. He gave me great service for my old Toyota Sienna; he changed/replaced the catalytic converter and the muffler in 2.5 hours! The price for the service was very reasonable. When he was doing the service itself, he called me over so that he could explain and demonstrate in detail the conditions of each part that needed to be replaced, where the issue was, and why my engine light came on. I liked and appreciated this alot. He seemed to be a very honest person and I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service with very reliable and honest estimates and prices. Although I live in Fairfax, I have found John to be very honest with his customers. If you have a Japanese or Korean made vehicle, I would highly recommend for any of your automotive services (oil change, tune-up, etc.).

I am amazed how fast my car was serviced. It took 32 minutes to check in, get my oil changed and fix a problem with my steering being too stiff. Fair prices and friendly personnel. Recommend to everyone who values money and time.

I have been using them for over 3 year now. They are best out of every mechanics I tried. Most of the mechanics will try to rip you off but here you only pay what is supposed to be paid. I recommend everybody to use there service. Service is very fast.

I just went in because I needed my front license plate mounted on my truck. The customer service here was absolutely amazing!!!! I was in and out and I can not remember his name but the man who helped me was so kind and so helpful. I had called a couple times before I came with questions and they answered all of them with no problem and got my in same day. I will definitely be coming here for ALL my auto service from now on and recommending to others! Thank you Rainbow Auto!
