I started going to Raleigh Car Care because my parents have been taking their cars to them for over 10 years. Every time my car has a problem they are able to fit me in to their schedule and fix it in a timely fashion. I have a 2003 Buick that feels like it is constantly breaking or falling apart and the guys at Raleigh Car Care have helped me every single time. I do not trust any other car mechanics.

Raleigh Car Care is the only place I take our cars for service. I found them 15 years ago when my car had problems near their shop and I have been going to them ever since! They provide exceptional service from State Inspections, oil changes to major repairs. Rocco and Bill take the time to explain what is needed and will give you the price of each individual service before performing the job. Scheduling is easy and turn around is very reasonable.

Excellent customer service. I took my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T in because of a troublesome P3441 code (cylinder 6 deactivation control circuit) and the technicians at Raleigh Car Care were incredible. Not only did they replace the problematic cylinder 6 solenoid, how quickly they did it is evidence of their experience with Mopars. Raleigh Car Care, thank you for servicing my car with great delicacy and for treating me even better. Very professional. What a great group.

Wouldn’t give any info over the phone without first paying a $200 diagnostics fee because “it would take them half an hour to look up how much they generally charge to replace a timing belt on my make/ model/ year” and they need to be paid for the time it takes them to look up their own prices.

Truck broke down on Sunday morning, had it towed to Raleigh Car Care and Bill and team had it diagnosed before I could even call at 8am Monday morning. They were excellent at communicating every step of the way and had it running by Tuesday morning with a new water pump, all new belts, pulleys, and thermostat. As a bonus, they got rid of a squeak that had been bugging me for quite some time that I was unable to find on my own. All in all, they go above and beyond with communication, repairs, and even recommendations on what to do from a maintenance perspective without being pushy about doing it in the current visit. I will continue to take my vehicle(s) here for inspections and maintenance without hesitation.

What a great service! We relied on Raleigh Car Care to recently sell a vehicle for us and they did a fantastic job – in a very short amount of time. They helped us price the car competitively but get what we wanted for the car. There were a few minor repairs needed and they coached us through the ones that would add value and the ones that would not. So, we completed only the work that would add value and we recouped that by increasing the sales price. They handled all of the showings and transaction with the buyer making the process extremely easy and seamless for us. The fee that they charge for this service is very fair and worth every penny to relieve us (seller) of the risk of showing the vehicle to strangers. If you’re ever considering selling a car, whether on your own or through CarMax or another dealer, call Raleigh Car Care first. You’ll be grateful that you did and will end up with more proceeds in your pocket.
