Go anywhere else. They wanted to charge $2,000 to replace rear brake pads and rotors. They definitely have no problem taking your money .

This is extremely unprofessional and the guy Ramirez is very rude. I would not recommend getting your car fix here ever. He said a price one day over the phone when I came into location he said a whole other price I paid that since I was already there. After finishing the work I had my coworker look at to see if it was correctly he said the guy never fix the issue I showed my coworker the receipt and that the worker said he will call me once it's done. My coworker said he never did anything it's the same as when I looked at the car 3days ago.

A este señor le gusta el dinero. Me cobró 300$ para un diagnóstico y después quizo que le page $500 adicional porque según él tenía unos billes extras para mi y nunca me dijo cuál fue el diagnóstico en conclusión. Tenga cuidado con el dueño porque le gusta sorprender con sus precios fantasmas. Sin embargo el compañero de el que se llama Denys es muy servicial. tengan cuidado con el estafador y aprovechador zangano ramirez

After being hit in the parking space near Albertsons, my rack and pinion was seriously damaged. I took my car to Ramirez Auto Repair. He quickly assessed the problem and quoted me a fair price. He was direct and honest about the damage to the car. I agreed to his price and gave him a down payment. Ramirez called me the next day stating the damage was more extensive than he thought. I went to the shop and he showed me what he was talking about. He worked with me and didn't charge me for any additional charges. The accident caused car computer damage and he replaced it for me. I remind you, he didn't charge for additional work. I picked up the car and it was running great. Rarely are mechanics as honest as him. He showed me all the parts he replaced. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great mechanic because he knows the business. A+++

CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!! Cheaper to go to Bel Air to do any repair, they wanted to charge $3000 for the change of a CV Shaft only for the labor cost, I was providing the piece, OMG Crazy!!! Their customer service is even worst! DONT GO THERE!!!

Only things I can say about Raymond and his shop are fantastic things. The shop is conveniently a block away from me and it’s been around for 20 plus years and for great reason too. I went to his shop for the first time last weekend and he solved and fixed my problem with the car fast and accurately. He even showed me how he operates. This shop is the real deal. Very transparent and humble. I love this shop and I will continue bringing my cars here. Thank you Raymond for saving me from my troubles. Cheers.

The owner of this auto repair is dishonest and totally incompetent. He was asked to do a very simple job for me and he said that he would but didn't and caused us to waste our time and effort and money This guy is really evil

With all the mechanics I called around town, Raymond was the only one that answered and he was extremely busy and still managed to fit me in the exact same day. Raymond is the absolute best I was so worried about my car thinking I might have to total it out if the problem was over 6k to fix. He reassured me that the cost wouldn’t be as expensive as I thought and was such a stand up guy. I definitely will have him as my primary mechanic after this experience

Customer service was friendly and communication was great… Oil change time was reasonable quickly and done by the book amazing 5/5 wait time was acceptable as well. Parking is a little tight but worth the wait .
