Long story short .. this place removed parts from my Elantra , My husband had replaced the day before! Car turns off while driving and the owner has not returned my calls. Same thing reported on Better Business Bureau! I can’t believe this place would rip off hard working people! Don’t trust Ramirez Auto off 7th street and Broadway

Loved how I was in-and-out of there. Very fair prices. one thing I'd like to mention was that big O tires threw in the towel with my car had no idea what was wrong with it. The mechanic here he told me exactly what was wrong with it in 1 day had it ready by 3 days. There was so much wrong with my car but the main thing was the head was blown.

Took my Camaro to Ramirez Auto and one stove parts off of my car that I keep calling him about and sending him pictures to his phone and he keeps hanging up being rude so my next step is taking them to court over my parts for my car they had no right taking my car apart without putting everything back together I took my car today in my engine was complete now it's missing parts off of it that shop is no good someone needs to look into it and close them down for all the dirty work they do

Took my car in for repairs. They never fixed what was wrong with my car. Check engine light was cleared, but came right back on after driving. They kept my parts, and my car has same issue after they took my money.

I have been using Nacho services for over 20 years. He's the best mechanic with the best prices 💕. He always figures out the what's really wrong, finds the cheapest parts and charger the lowest labor. Your vehicle is in and out.

Never bringing my car back here again. I've been coming to this place for a while now and I always have had to bring my car back again and again I'm done now! A simple starter replacement I had to come back for that, because after driving it just for a month my starter has "gone bad" all of a sudden.

Went to Ramirez Auto for a power steering job. I was told I needed a power steering pump and switch. Both were installed but the steering was still stiff and hard to turn. I informed the manager of the problem. They took my car to the back for further inspection. I was told that if I drove it around the steering would correct itself. I asked to speak to the owner. I was told he wasn’t answering his phone and they didn’t know when he’d show. It was all a scam. I told them it’s not my job to drive around a broken car after paying to have it fixed. A power steering job is an instant fix. And let’s say in an alternate universe what they say is true, it is THEIR job to drive it around until it is repaired. I’m supposed to receive a 100% fixed product. They had my car for 3 weeks mind you. I demanded a refund. I was told only the owner could authorize it. The owner who didn’t answer his manager's calls from his business, who didn’t show up to said business. Ramirez Auto is a con artist haven. A scammers dream. They’re all unprofessional, pick pocket, thieves who prey on the poor / underprivileged. I am warning the entire city of Phoenix to stay away from Ramirez Auto like it has double dose of Covid 19. They are literally greasy bandits. Beware of Ramirez Auto It is owned by a Bum Managed by a Bum With Bum mechanics in the back

I came here for an oil leak the guy told me he would be able to give me a quote I. 2 hours I waited a day for a quote then he told me to buy the parts and he will fix it mind you I work from home so I rarely drive it’s been less the 60 days I have the same issue I called and asked bout his warranty he told me that is I buy the part you have a 6 month warranty if you buy the part there is no warranty so now I have to go to another auto mechanic shop and have the same thing done and hopefully for less then the 400 labor he charged me!!!

I took my car in to have my alternator changed and Mr. Ramirez charged me $180.00 to do it. I agreed and paid. Once I picked up my car from him I drove it for a week and my battery light continued to turn on. I took the car back to Mr.Ramirez and he explained to me that i got a faulty alternator and need to replace it again. I said okay. He says it’s going to be $80 this time. $80 !?!?!? After I just OVER paid you $180 the first time to simply change an alternator. Now you want an additional $80?!?! I paid you $180 and you didn’t even finish the job! Never again will I return. HUGE RIP OFF! I don’t recommend unless you like throwing money down the drain.

My dad started a great relationship with this shop since I was a kid. I now use them for any mechanical issues; Nacho is great. He won't try to rip you off, they have great prices, and have good turnaround time.

Terrible terrible customer service!!! Had my car towed there after a break down due to a busted fuel pump. I was harassed by Juan who works there to hurry up and move my car from their lot because my part had to be ordered and would take 2 days to get shipped.. So I ended up paying 100 dollars for another tow to a shop where they had some sense and some patience. The way I was treated was so ridiculous and unprofessional. I doubt the owner knows the get down of his rude employees, and I'm sure he'd be ashamed.

Took my vehicle to fix oil leak and they ended up messing up multiple sensors and and wires and other parts of my engine. Worst experience ever These guys dont desereve not even 1 star.
