I am so grateful for Randy and everyone else who works here. Extremely helpful and honest. I had a transmission placed recently and now my car runs great. Today, my battery was also completely dead which left me stranded and they sent someone to replace it right away at a reasonable price. Trustworthy and reliable!

I called Randy from Bremerton, Washington to ask if he would do a pre purchase inspection on a Jeep in Daly City California and from the get go Randy was very kind and accommodating. After he inspected the Jeep Wrangler 2003, he gave me a very detailed report on the phone and shared his notes with me by email. The best thing about my experience dealing with Randy is that he loves what he does and it comes across in his communication, a man that loves his craft goes beyond what was required. Talking to him on the phone was educational, he is passionate about cars. I also got the impression that he is a God fearing man. I highly recommend Randy.

Oh my gosh, this is the only auto shop I’d ever go to in the Bay Area. Randy is astounding! So communicative, patient, and transparent. I took my car in for a brake check-up and Randy encouraged me to hold off on pad/rotor replacement until I moved to Tennessee the following week as the service would be cheaper there. A super generous move imo! I also got a diagnostic done on an older car I’d recently purchased — the price was more affordable than other competing auto shops in the area and Randy took the time to show me aspects of the car and explain how various parts worked together/how I could tell when issues needed addressing. Love this place.

Fixed my rear passenger side tire that had a nail with a reasonable price. It was a quick fix and the staff (Randy and his wife) are very nice too! Will come back if I need some repairs for my cars near in the future.👍

never give out reviews but this place is TOTALLY worth giving a review! I went in with my car (older Toyota model) which was having some trouble and no other mechanic could tell me what was wrong with it, Randy figured out what was wrong! He's super friendly and explains everything so it made me feel super comfortable! Also Ney, she's super friendly! Made the waiting time fly by talking to her and her son! She was also kind enough to show me the break down of the total (parts& labor). I honestly feel that I underpaid + the other shops were charging me random stuff without figuring out the issue. I'm so happy I found this place! My car runs great again! Thank you! Till next time!

Best customer service and service overall! Randy was awesome and replied quickly. I did brake pad replacements and brake fluid flush. He also rotated my tires free of charge. 100% recommend this place and will be coming back.

Would highly recommend Randy & Sons to anyone needing car help around San Francisco. Knowledgeable mechanic, amazing and accommodating customer service. Very reasonable rates compared to other quotes I got in the area. Randy helped me and my 2006 Jeep LJ on my road trip to California from Vancouver, Canada. It overheated on the way down and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Had no issues for the rest of my trip. Dropped it off Friday afternoon and despite being busy, he had it ready for me Saturday morning. First shop I’m calling if I ever need help around San Francisco. Thanks again to Randy and his team!

Went in for a diagnostic after my Subaru's check engine light went on. Was met with wonderful and friendly customer service and learned I needed a new catalytic converter. I was only charged for a half hour of labor for a full diagnostic and the quote for the CAT fix was cheaper than three quote comparisons from near by shops. After saving up I brought it back and the replacement was quick and painless. Now my car is running smooth as ever again! I will recommend Randy to all my friends in the area! This here is a top tier mechanic!

Accommodating and one of the best mechanic experiences I've had in all the years of having to get cars serviced whether personal or for work. Thank You Randy! Can't say enough good things about this shop. Randy was the ONLY shop willing to even take a look at my 2000 Suzuki when it started to rattle in idle. No one else would touch it because it's old and parts are hard to find. Randy not only diagnosed what was wrong, he sourced parts from multiple sources. And when we identified an additional issue (faulty windshield seal was causing water to drip into places it shouldn't, causing electrical issues). Randy offered to call an auto glass person out to his shop, so that I didn't have to take it a second place to complete the repair. He was communicative and straight forward throughout, offered me photos of the damages he identified, and his prices were EXTREMELY reasonable, especially given the amount of footwork that went into sourcing parts. I will take every car I own to Randy for as long as he's in business.

I had an emergency where my car seemed unsafe to drive. I was able to make it to Randy. He was able to quickly access the issue, explain it to me in an easy way to understand, and then an hour later my car was driving safely. He helped me quickly and affordably. I’m so grateful for the level of service I received from the place. 11/10!

This is a small family owned shop that most of us probably wouldn't give them the time of day. However, I was impressed by the transparency, kindness, and downright honesty feeling emanating from both the wife the day before, and the husband today when he did the job. The care that he exercised to work in my car was better than what I used to do, when younger. I felt compelled to give them a small tip. Their motto, if we can't fix it, we'll tell you.

Randy was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it, the other mechanics place gave me a10 codes and suggested a electrical problem and I should take it to a dealer, Randy fixed in 1 hr and no it wasn't electrical problem. I trust this person for my car.
