Bought a used vehicle from Randy. He wouldn't allow me to get an inspection on it (red flag) & after purchasing & finally getting an inspection, I was told the exterior of the engine had been steam cleaned to make it appear newer & that fairly extensive front tire suspension work was needed. I contacted Randy to see if he would give me a quote for the required work & he said he'd "get back to me" & never did. Given he's a mechanic, I'd expect he knewn the state of the vehicle & didn't disclose the vehicle's condition before the sale. He may be a good mechanic, which I cannot attest to, but this interaction left me with the impression that he is less than honest.

I have been doing business with Randy for several years his prices are reasonable when ever I have issues with my trucks no matter what Randy fixes it quickly I use my trucks for work he gets the work done quickly

Randy found me on the side of the road with a flat tire and helped me with putting on my spare, teaching me how to do it, and helping fix my tire. He was so kind and helped me start to finish with the process of my car, and he even helped put the new tire back onto my car when it was most convenient for me! Being new to the area, I was super worried that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable mechanic, but Randy is trustworthy, friendly, and super knowledgable and willing to teach while he helps out. He was great at constantly communicating, and he will DEFINITELY be our go to person in the area!

Great customer service, very fair prices I scheduled a major maintenance, timing belt, water pump master kit, oil, fluids and he completed everything in the timeframe he committed to. Vehicle is working great.

I found Randy on Google after my 2010 F-150 started misfiring. I gave him a call and he was able to get me in within a couple days. I left him my truck first thing in the morning and it was fixed by the afternoon. Cost me $300 for diagnosis, labor, and parts. Randy is a good dude and I'd recommend him if you need an honest and skilled mechanic. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I’ve been going down to Randy’s Auto Repair for approximately 8 to 10 months now . I’m happy to say the respect and honesty Randy treats his customers with is definitely one of the reasons I’ve continued to see him for all my truck repairs and maintenance. The other is his reasonable and affordable prices are the other reasons I’ve continue to take my trucks to him . And now I have two of my brothers who take their vehicles to him for maintenance and repair .

Randy’s is the best mobile automotive service I’ve found in Tucson in over 20 years! Polite, honest, affordable and trustworthy, hardly sounds like I’m talking about an auto mechanic, does it? When our family trip to Yosemite was threatened by the air conditioning compressor going out and a leaking axle that turned out to need total replacement Randy worked beyond normal business hours to get it done and at no extra cost! I was so grateful. The technical knowledge of this crew and their troubleshooting abilities are incredible. I highly recommend Randy and his automotive business and not just because he accepts fishing trips and ice cream as payment. Ok, Not really, but the man does like fishing and ice cream. How much more real does it get?
