I get to the place a Radco timewise 3:25 PM. I was gathering all my paperwork so I can go ask him. When can they schedule me and the guy comes to the window and push the button and lower all the gates saying they are closed so you have seven customers outside they can’t get no service at the Huntington Park Rapco because the guy choose to be lazy and don’t wanna work out with a beard and bald head, that’s a shame, disappointed me and the other customers

I think these guys are fairly good at what they do but fosure are over-priced, they will over-charge and not all that reliable. They changed my VTEC solenoid and power steering pump. You think it’ll only cost me like $450-$500 to fix but they ended up charging me a lil over $2,000 for “parts and labor” but they wouldn’t even let me get my parts which I could’ve found considerably cheaper, handed me the repair order AFTER the work was done (which I’m pretty sure is illegal) and sure my VTEC works properly know and my car runs great but there is air in my power steering fluid so every time I turn my wheel, it makes this whirring noise which is a mediocre job which didn’t happen until you guys changed it. Fairly good job, over-priced parts and they had my car for daysss. Not hours but daysss just waiting for parts. Wouldn’t recommend it nor do I even want to go back.

They told me to come I went to the shop they told me to buy a complete new set of coil overs then they said they won’t put them on what since does that make really un professional horrible they are horrible

It’s been a few years since I been back but it made me realize what I was missing. Jay helped me from start to finish. He as well as the team were well spoken, well versed, and attuned to the service needs of my car. Everyone was very polite and made my wait comfortable, quiet, and with ease. Thank you for your help. Rapco at Hunting Park has been very helpful with not only diagnosing the problem but throughly explaining the problem and what needs to be repaired. Probably a little more pricey compared to other places but for the service I would highly recommend it. Sense of comfort is not always easy in auto repairs

Great place and NOW my go-to for any service/upgrade for my RAM 1500. I had 2" levels installed to now have 33-in tires! It looks really good. Thanks Bill!

Their diagnostic team called me every step of the way, gave me an honest assessment, took photos and explained thoroughly the work they did. So far the experience that I had a repco they did a good job a fast job if you pay my automobile with my air conditioner and one day I was really surprised with the work that they did so far so good thank you for their services so give me a friend mistakes that I might have made in this comment

Honestly they get no stars from me. Hold lemme start from the beginning.... So they like right in the hood, fella need a wheel alignment right? I call em, they say 130 after taxes. I say ok. Drive around there. They get my info, my keys, and tell me give em a couple hours..... 😎 Is my response... I goto work. Three hours go by no call.... So I decided to slide down there. I see my car moved as I walked up. So the fella tell me he gotta look up parts and it need this and that and the third..... I'm shaking my head at this point... I slide back to work only for them to give me a price of $1425..... If they would've said maybe 5-600 I would've been like cool. But they wouldn't lemme get my own parts, over charged me for labor.... Don't go to them they ain't for the ppl

Rapco has serviced my last two vehicles and has never let me down. From squeezing me in for a last minute oil change to finding me the best deal on a new set of tires, I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else in the city. They also have a clean, comfortable waiting area so I’m able to fire up my laptop while I wait.
