I brought my Chevy to them after it got hit on the front bumper. I literally got my car back within 24 hrs. Parts were in quick, painted and placed on my baby. I love it. Definitely my to go place for any other issues. Hopefully I have none but just in case. Lol.

I recently took my car to Raphy's to fix a dent on the hood, and I’m really impressed with the service. They gave me a fair and reasonable price for the repair, which was much appreciated. The staff was professional, friendly, and completed the job efficiently. The work on the hood looks great so far, and I’m very happy with the results. Left my car with Andy at 11am. He claimed he would call me shortly with an update. 4 hours passed without a word. I called his cell and was sent to voicemail, called from a different number and it rang several times and no answer. I called the shop and no answer. I walked over to find my car parked and Andy no where to be found. He appears out of nowhere saying he “just about to call me”. Explained he found 3 issues and fixed 1. Charged me $85 for the “repair” and said he will reach out to me on the cost for the rest. No receipt provided and hours later still no follow up on the cost even after I attempted to reach out to him. Don’t throw your money away here!
