I brought my truck in so that they could patch up my tire. I paid $23 & an hour later my tire was nearly flat again. Poor patching. When I came back the next day(as they were closed once it was flat again) they refused to fix my tire properly like they should have to begin with & told me i would be charged AGAIN if I wanted them to fix it. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.

10/3/2024 Great service fast at their job. Helped me as soon as I pulled in. Came back 10/6/2024 4:38 pm got another tire change the guy who change my tire name was alec, he was so cool, had to give him a review. Ask for him if you come get a tire change from here, I promise you won't regret it! Wish I could give another 5 stars Just left here 3:13 11/6/2024 ...if you check my last reviews I came here 3 time in 10/2024 all those times I came was okay, but this time I got someone with bad customers service. He didn't know what he was doing. He charged me an extra 3 dollars to put on my tire even tho I brought my own tire. He left the tire jack under my car, too worried about a tip. The lady who works in the office had to remind him to remove it. I shouldn't have tipped him nothing but I still did because i get tips at my job, and I understand that some jobs don't pay that much and tips help out. But I guess it's time to find a better tire shop.

A good place if you need help and are in a bind and just good business. I've never met a better company that actually tries to help you. They charged me for a tire. I didn't have much money. I only had $60, and they found a way to help me, and get me back on the road to get a good job again. Charged me for a tire for $60 saved my future just for a single tire. I could've been homeless, if it wasn't for them. So very good 👍 I highly recommend them. As well I'm sure if I hadn't been able to afford it they would've made a payment plan for me. Not enough stars ✨ to put on this quality of service. I also tried to get them to put a different sized tire on another rim it would've worked. Although it was illegal to do so, and they didn't do it. They made sure that it was 100% safe. So I was down on my luck, and they helped me out. I wouldn't have been able to get back on my feet if it wasn't for them helping me out. Even for just a tire it helped a lot more than they probably realize. I'll definitely be back again.

If I could leave zero stars I would I came here to fix a small leak in my tire right after my tire was riding very rocky worse than before I came in for service. 3 days later after them plugging my tire my tire blew while I was on the highway almost causing me to crash into a semi. Come to find out the same tire that had a small leak turned into a large knife cut on the inside on my tire. I know it was them because my car wasn’t driving like it was before I came in and I don’t have enemies or crazy ex’s. Cutting people’s tires so they can come back to purchase a tire is diabolical my life flashed before my eyes today. Do not trust this tire shop and always watch a mechanic fix your tire lesson learned. They made me stand to the side while I wait on my tire to be fixed I will never do that again anywhere I go.

Came here during a very early morning hour when no one else was even open yet due to a balding tire that caught me off guard on my way to work. I had left my wallet at home and funds were very limited what I had on me. I had almost just enough for a used tire but not the full amount . I don’t know his name but he was very nice to work with me and replace my tire for less than the amount, due to me not having all my cash. He could have easily told me no like most people would but he could tell I was in dire need for a tire. Great customer service for looking out for a customer. I even gave him a nice tip from what I had on me.

Just go to Walmart. They sell you overpriced cheap tires and not in new condition. My brand new tire began to crack in 2 months

Questionable place to get even a flat tire fix. I paid for a flat tire repair and the following day realized it was installed backwards the outside was inside. Took it back and they remembered me but still charged me to have the tire re balanced even, it was installed wrong by them but I had to pay for there mess up. They are so focused on drinking and smoking that quality control goes out the window. Oh and to top it off they wanted a tip after everything. If you go just stay on top of them, literally hover over them as they’re working.

Never in my life have I paid $30 for them to patch a tire and they charge me extra money because they had a rinse to fix it flat out of it. What a freaking joke won't be coming here again and won't be recommending them. He originally told me $10 and then decided to tell me. 30 because he had a rinse it out. That's part of the job!!! Of course, he tells me how much it is after he rinses all the fixed flat out. Because then I'm forced to pay the money. Because now I have no fix of flat in my tire to get anywhere!! so I have to have them fix it. What a scam!! Then the man who did the tire couldn't even collect the payment I asked them how much It is to patch a tire and all he said was that we had to do extra work rinsing and washing the tire out because the fix of flat was in there. Extra work means more money get a life!!

Scammers. Charged me 15 dollars for a mount and balance for 1 tire off the vehicle so pretty simple. Brought back my truck to swap 3 tires was quoted 160 plus tip mandatory then he said 140. I said no thanks I will bring the 3 tires off the truck to just have swapped. Come back a few days later now tells me 3 tires to mount balance off the vehicle 180. I told him what are you talking about I even had the receipt from the first tire swap and he stated o well not true. Stay away. I will be reaching out to the bbb and attorney General. *Update* I have reached out to the state of Nevada with consumer affairs and they will be addressing and have started an investigation.
