After calling four others shops within a certain radius of our home, Ratchet Brothers was the first who promised to waive the diagnostic fee if we chose to accept their quote. So grateful!!! Their quote was absolutely reasonable, within our expectation for the problem, and their system is so streamlined I could take care of all of it around my work schedule. Online quote, online payment, and a secure before/after hours drop off/pick up. My Toyota is purring like a kitten once again. Thank you, Amanda on the phones (thank you for not closing until 6!) and Ratchet Brothers technicians for your superior, professional, and fast service. Can highly recommend to all my friends.

Honest prices and made sure the job is done right. Only place that I have found that did the alignment right with my lift and tires on Jeep Gladiator. Dropped it off and they called later and said would keep it overnight to adjust a couple more things in AM to make sure the alignment was done right. I appreciate their diligence and making sure quality work not quantity. Just moved back to Texas and this will be where I take my Jeep moving forward. The team their are all about their customers !!!

RB came highly recommended by the tundra crew folks. Ever since my first visit I've continued to bring our vehicles here for any of their needs. Never had to have anything reworked and they've always made everything clear. From part (un)availability to future maintenance or repair needs to consider. I don't expect to look for another shop in the near and hopefully distant future

Trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. Sam and the team at Ratchet Bros put you at ease. I’ve had issues misdiagnosed by other shops Sam was spot on. He’s an honest, hard working family man. I have a lot of respect for Sam’s knowledge in the automotive world and the way he runs his business.

I cannot say enough good things about Ratchet Brothers. They really helped me today by giving me an honest assessment of my brakes and rotors. I had been driving around Fort Worth and Keller all day getting estimates and the estimates were all over $1,000. When I took it to Ratchet Brothers, they said that half of the stuff I was quoted for at the other places I went to didn't even need to be repaired on my car. Ratchet Brothers did the work that I needed done on my car in less than one hour and they saved me a little over $600. There wasn't a wait time and the staff there was very kind to me and patient with me. I felt genuinely respected. I wish the best for this small business and hope to bring more business their way. They genuinely deserve it. Also, as an aside, the lobby is really nice for an auto shop. It smelled really good, everything was super clean, and the chairs were very comfortable. I kicked my shoes off and read a book while my car was being worked on. Great vibes.

I just moved to Texas and was welcomed with a heat that I didn't think I was going to survive. My a/c in my car wasn't blowing but Ratchet came to my rescue. They gave me a quote and honored it. My a/c blows nice, cold air. And, they didn't break the bank. It feels good to support honest business.

Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews, so the fact that I am writing this one means we had a terrible experience. In April 2024 we beginning noticing issues with the engine on our 2016 Hyundai Tucson. At the recommendation of others, we took it to Ratchet Brothers. They confirmed the car would need a new engine block and that this was common for that time period of Tucsons. We agreed to begin work and were notified it may take some time to get the engine in from the factory. 2-3 weeks went by and we had not heard anything. Week by week, we had to continually reach out for updates. We would be "promised" the work would be completed at the end of the week only to find out it was not. It ended up taking 7 1/2 weeks to complete the work. We were notified the Friday before Memorial Day that the work was done, but they wanted to keep the car over the week just to be sure it was 100%. We agreed. Then it hailed on Memorial Day. We were notified the next day that the windshield had been damaged, which they agreed to fix. They also stated they had "fully reviewed the body of the car and there was no other damage." Great. The windshield gets fixed and we quickly pick up the car on a Saturday and garage it for the next two days. When we take it out to go to work, there is severe hail damage all over the hood and roof. This is the part of our experience that gets me... the lack of integrity from Ratchet Brothers. When I called to ask what happened, we were told the windshield damage was actually road debris that hit the windshield on the test drives and that it "never hailed" at the shop...and that their insurance wouldn't cover hail damage. We repeatedly asked for a call back from the store owner, Sam, to discuss the situation and to this day we have never received a call back. We ended up filing a claim with our insurance for the hail damage that occurred while the vehicle was in Ratchet Brother's possession only to be told the vehicle is totaled beyond repair. I could get past the timeframe and even not covering hail damage but the continually changing story and lack of honesty is what really did me in with our experience.

Seemed very nice on phone. I called 4 different times over 10-12 days for a quote. Never received a quote by text or call. I finally gave up. Just not professional. Seemed like their work under reviews was good but I can’t get a call or text to know. Most people do not or can’t wait 10-12 days for a call back or text. Yes responded 12 days later after 4th call and review.

I would give a zero if I could. My truck was there for 3 weeks and I was told they were waiting on a part. Sam explained to me what the part was and told me it was going to be about 2400.00 so I called the Chevy dealer and was told to bring the truck to them. When I went to pick it up they had left it unlocked and everything in it was stolen. At first they were helpful and said their insurance would take care of it but after I sent everything they needed to them I couldn't ever get them to get back with me with their insurance info so I had to file 2 claims on my insurance. Oh and the 2400 dollar part they said I needed wasn't correct all if needed was a battery.
