Paul and his team have always taken great care of my vehicles. He has always been very transparent about the work to be done and whether the work was urgent. I'll be moving out of state soon, and will be hard-pressed to find a team half this good.

Paul does great work. Is always prompt and honest. Rational is the only shop that I will recommend. Rational handles all of my trucks (8), and my personal cars and trucks. I've been a customer for over 10 years.

Rational Automotive Repair came highly recommended by a friend. I contacted Paul 15 minutes before closing time. Paul asked me to bring my car in the following morning and 5 hours later, he had assessed the problem, secured parts, repaired my car and had me out on the road again. Superior service!

Our car broke down while traveling and we came here due to the close proximity to our hotel. Paul was very kind and friendly, they figured out the issue quick and the cost was incredibly low! I wish we had a mechanic like this one where we live.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Paul is awesome! Replaced my BMW’s battery for free because they thought it would fix the issue on my vehicle but it didn’t so they paid for the battery replacement with no money out of my pocket.

Awesome shop. Quick turnaround, honest work. Very affordable. Got rotors replaced for about half what I was expecting to pay and they didn’t try to upsell me or charge me for anything extra. Will be returning for future work

Our long time favorite shop. Paul is so attentive and informative. They are so quick to get you in and figure out what’s going on. Conflicted to review, when I want to keep this place all to myself. Paul greets like family, services your vehicle as if his daughter will be driving it, and is very thorough in ensuring the car is properly serviced. There is nothing I can criticize about their business, definetly wishing Paul and his team great success.
