Super helpful! Zeke and his staff were extremely accommodating! Needed a wheel bearing replaced and, all on a Friday afternoon, the diagnosed and repaired before end of business day. Not only that, sent a text over the weekend to see how my car was driving. Supreme service! Being new to Texas, this is my return garage!

Wow I’m super excited. I came to Ravens shop for the first time and got my car problem solved instantly. He knows what’s wrong and fixes it right away. Such a nice man also.

At Raven Auto Repair Jesse was very friendly and helpful. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean shop as well. This is by far the BEST repair shop I've ever been to. Prices are very reasonable too. I recommend them to all my family and friends. The only place I will ever take my car to for service and repair. Thank you guys.

Fantastic service! My 2014 Chevy Malibu wouldn’t start, and I was stuck in a parking lot, feeling stressed. They answered my call immediately and they're able to arrange towing if you need it. As soon as I pulled up, Jesse met me outside, welcomed me into the shop, and listened to my concerns. They quickly found and fixed a loose wire without pushing unnecessary repairs. They even test drove my car to make sure everything was OK. The waiting area was cool and comfortable with refreshments. Honest, quick, and friendly service at a great price—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

LITERALLY THE BEST SHOP IVE BEEN TO, Jessie (the manager) from Raven Along with all of his mechanics have been extremely helpful and very communicative. My car was towed in and with a list of problems from beforehand, however Jessie and his team managed to help find the main problem and find a solution, (my car had a lot of body issues however they understood that importance of getting the car up and running, finding the starter and my key fob to be the issues) they also helped me adjust financially to cover my issues. I plan to come back and work with them again anytime I have a issue with the vehicle (thank you guys so much)

I want to give a great big thank you to all those who worked on my vehicle. They did such an excellent job and I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to all who need work done or just need to have their fluids checked. I was especially impressed with the manager "Jessie". He was very honest and professional. He let me know all that my vehicle needed before hand and he gave me a great price. This will most definitely be my go-to shop from now now.

Told me they couldn't find my wheel lock so I paid for new lugnuts after bringing 2 that didn't fit. I found the actual wheel lock today 10/17 behind reciepts that were originally folded in the overhead console, which that could have been an accident. But when I did pick my car up the next day, something that I had lost sometime last year magically showed up on the passenger side floor with a couple other things being out of place. It was not there when i dropped the car off nor was there a lime green screw driver sitting out in the open. If they didnt even feel around in the overhead console for the lock, I doubt they were searching under my seats deep in the trenches for it, which is where the lost item fell. So that means somebody was going through my car at one point and it wasn't them. I assume at night with my car in their lot, unlocked.

Very good service. The guys there are very knowledgeable and their customer service is great. Very pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to them. After my oil change, he showed me each thing that needed repair and quoted me fair prices.

They did a wonderful job on my car horn. They found it was completely damaged and was able to quickly order the part and repair it. They even inspected my vehicle for other maintenance and a repairs that may need to be done in the near future.

They incorrectly diagnosed my car, so I ended up buying a part from the Volkswagen dealership that was non-returnable. Despite spending $200 on the part, I still have the same issue. Additionally, some were missing or stolen screws from my car, which I noticed other reviewers also mentioned in their feedback. I also experienced terrible customer service from the manager, "Aaron."

They incorrectly diagnosed my father's car. He ended up buying a part and paying them $120 (excluding the part) for the diagnosis and the car still experiencing the same issue. Also the manager Aaron was disrespectful and unprofessional.

These guys don't know how to do Nissan transmissions. I've had trouble with my Nissan after they worked on it. Other Nissan owners have had trouble with their Nissans.

It’s no wonder why this place has such great reviews. I was just there because I was having issues with the AC and they fixed it. They originally quoted me $169 but when it came to pay they only charged me $89. They’ve seriously just earned my business for anything auto related. I recommend this place highly.

Love going 2 them I've been taking my car n suv seen 2018 ,got there they greeted.me n asked how could they help ,Wednesday took my suv I told them the light when on saying service engine soon ,took it in was took needed an oil change ,so I asked if I needed anything else they no ,they don't lie if u Don't need anything else done, their friendly n they don't over charge

Someone there is a thief. I had a police Baton stolen from my truck. Zeke pretended to be Aaron owner . He was yelling on the phone. Saying he would ask all the other mechanics. He never did call me back. I just want my police Baton back. It's considered to be a weapon. I guess I will have the side door dusted for fingerprints.

Went to fix my air conditioning and they got my air working perfectly! Brian, Aaron and Zeke have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE definitely recommend here , they have potential and experience with vehicles 10/10 !! They sent a follow up message to check how it’s going too very nice shop very clean too !
