From the very Beginning at this specific location on South Congress Carlos and Brittany were great people to work with i could feel the passion and personalization. In the interaction we had they were detailed in what to expect. The process, price etc. Even when there was a discrepancy and bad experience at another location these two people went above and beyond to ensure that our business transaction was a great experience. Even in my previous encounter the General Manager Cody was helpful in the area of conflict resolution. I would highly recommend this store over the previous one that I visited. If your looking for people that will appreciate your business and the value of your dollar call Brittany and Carlos out on south congress. I drove 30 minutes just for the great consumer service

Had a tire issues, punctured it on the highway, air leaking, dangerous situation, came in last minute and Alex fixed me right up and got my back on the highway safe in under 20 mins.

After having the most unpleasant experience of my life with John on North Lamar location. We contacted our previous RAW location in Laredo and Sal recommended us to ALEX!! I just want to say that Alex, the manager was awesome. He took care of me and I appreciate that because moving to a new city with car stuff specifically can be daunting. But he had great energy and was super nice and I will definitely be back when it comes to tires and I would suggest place anybody because the only ones he really nice even when I miss my appointment, he definitely accommodated.

I’m from out of town but I’m a member from a different city- Ryan was super chill, professional, and able to handle my situation promptly. I hit a pretty bad pot hole and blew the side of my tire. In bringing it into the shop they were able to get their hands on my type of tire and I got it all fixed within 2 hours of bringing it in. This went a LOT better than I expected. Thanks RAW

We've had our tires for about 2 months now and around 5:30 pm on a friday I noticed we had picked up 2 nails in the same tire. I panicked and called RAW in Killeen, which is where we got the tires originally, they got ahold of this store, which was the closest to us at the time, and told them we were coming in. They were able to get us in and out with a brand new replacement tire in under 30 mins at no cost to us since we pay for insurance with our regular payments. They were quick and professional. We will definitely be back.

after speaking with an employee and getting approved for rent to own tires we drove almost an hour to the location. upon arrival we filled out all the paperwork for the same employee to let us know that the tire technician wasn’t in today. knowing that we were coming and needed a tire replacement he failed to inform us. complete waste of time ON TOP of unnecessary drive time on a tire that needs replacement.

This was hands down the best experience I have had at a tire shop. I needed a tire fixed since it kept deflating. I stopped in and Alex, the manager, was so friendly and said they will take a look while I waited in their seating area. He quickly came back in and showed me a photo of the screw that was in my tire. Kendrick patched it up and they did at no charge. Plus, I was trying to get a lemonade out if their vending machine, and Alex offered to cover the beverage. How awesome and kind is that. If you need new tires, wheels or tire repair, they are it! Will be back very soon for RAW to fix my tire pressure sensors. They quoted me a price that was much less than a previous shop quoted. Thanks again for making it such a great and quick experience!

The worst experience EVER he kept talking over me not giving me a chance to explain what’s going on let him know I had 2 flat tires in the front mind you I’m a good customer make my payments on time only owe them 87 bucks and he was so rude to me ask me to drive the car to him like there’s not 2 FLAT TIRES will never come to this location ever again he was not helpful at all nor did he care to help HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER this is our only car I paid all that money to be treated like that was experience ever I went to the Lamar location and they were such a great help
