I went to their store ready to buy in cash wheels for my car. The person first got upset because he was in the restroom. And never could give me a price! Just keep saying things like "is expensive" and"I need to check" then he gave me a crazy price 90% higher than their website!! Save your time and go somewhere else.

First time time buying rims and tires from them, I love them. Great customer service and good pricing. Everyone that was there was extremely friendly and provided fast service. Was in and out within hour and a half which included them installing everything same day…explained everything in detail and was such an easy process. Will definitely recommend them in the future

On August 12th, I purchased 20s Rims & Tires that will make my Black Buick LaCrosse to stand out. I’ve done business with John 2x, first for my 2019 Trail Boss, got me into some BF Goodrich tires and this time on both wheels and tires for my 2024 LTZ. I knew how to read tires but he taught me about the offset and just how knowledgeable he is. I asked him for his recommendation for my truck and gave me 2 options and was like this is my best recommendation for you. I’m a happy customer and literally zero pressure on you. He and the staff are totally there to help you. Also, if you want a specific tire, like me, he’ll get it done!!! Here’s a picture of my truck with TOYO Open Country AT3s.

Nobody buy from this people…few months I bought my rims from them and they told something else bout my payment but that was all lie and now they charging me more than they told me…they took my old rims and don’t wanna give it to me, so I went to the store to talk to them and all the people was there they changed their words and they got me the manager and this manager wasn’t there when I had the agreement and he was extremely rude yelling at me and and not being pro…they want my to pay 25 hundreds again when i refused to pay that money the manager telling me I will face consequences and it’s not gonna be good for me like he was threatening me….so please don’t buy from this people cause they will scam you and even if you talk to the manager ain’t gonna do no….. I’ll call my lawyer now to deal with them cause why you tryna charge me more than my money.. I thought the manager will be more pro and understandable but now they all the same…… Don’t buy from RENT-A-WHEEL-RENT A TIRE in North Lamar, they will scam you. My lawyer gonna deal with them

Raw Wheels & Tires is right up my street that I live on . I've went in and looked around and I can say this for sure........the place gives off GREAT ENERGY!!!! There is always some kind of sale going and .........I'll ssy this, i don't have a vehicle and I've been there multiple times because their vibe always puts me in a good mood and i know I'll leave smiling!!!

Had a hard time finding 22s in 35s. Glad I did because rent a wheel had them. I came in and was greeted and helped out every step of the way. The employees really know their stuff. The installer was quick and very professional at what he does. Go in and check them out! They have tons of options and styles…

It’s very unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review for this location. I have been a loyal customer at RAW for years. I have purchased and paid off a set of tires and rims and paid them all off and came back in for a second set of tires. This place has gone to dooky since they changed management and employees. The only person that I recognize that still there is the Hispanic guy who put my tires on. I respect that dude because he’s been there since I became a customer of RAW. I called to have my payment moved to four days past due date and was told I’d have to pay $50 and then the balance due in four days, ok coo np…Called back only be told I was quoted wrong it would be $80 and my full balance will be due in four days. I can see if I was delinquent or just a piss poor customer that’s never on time with payments. I pay off this set of tires, I will never ever do business with RAW again.

Had an absolutely great experience. The employees will get you in and out quick and they’ll make sure you’re leaving with you’ll love. The manager Jon knows his stuff and will get you something that looks absolutely amazing on your ride. I’d def give them a try. The tire tech is quick and careful as well. I’m definitely gonna purchase from them again!

I dont know if the person that talked to me about the price was the manager but he was literally mad rude just because i asked for prices since i had a budget. One of the girls really helped out the other girl i started talking to her she answered one of my questions then ignored me for a phone call she had with a "co-worker". Very Rude.

I was very pleased with their services on my vehicle. Especially since they were the only shop willing to work on it. I won’t go to any other wheel/tire shop again!

I regret buying anything from these people. They have poor book keeping. Every since I got these tires its been one thing after another, its difficult to pay for your tires. DONT LEAVE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL ARBITRARILY TAKE MONEY YOU DONT OWE..

This is my second time the first time about tires and rims 2700 I enjoy the customer service at so friendly and it's a family company now I'm back again by me some balls because the tires last three years I got good quality tires so now I'm back again I'm getting nice that they sell bows so I want to say they got to be good for me to come back so in the bowles coached 2402 but I just want to thank them cuz they is so good to me gave me a nice look good and bad I appreciate them and thank them for appreciating me and I give him 10 Stars
