Bj was very helpful he got me approved for 4 new tires with a good price , very friendly and upfront . Bexa was very nice and very helpful with any questions i had most definetly recommend easy and fast process get you in and out !

I have locking lug nuts on my 2012 car, they were on it when I bought it used in Michigan in 2017. It was missing a lug nut and I needed it to pass inspection. Mechanics had mentioned that those may be hard to find. I take negative reviews with a grain of salt, most of their reviews were good so I stopped in here with hopes they had what I needed. The lobby/store side was clean and organized. Looking into their shop side, it looked maintained as well, from what I could see (they had vehicles being worked on, so I didn’t have full view). The lot was clean. The gentleman who helped me was nice; he didn’t know if they had what I needed but looked and found two of those lug nuts in the shop and gave them to me. Gave them - no charge! He said to keep the second one so that I have an extra. Thank you very much!

Shady management. They bill cards they were given a ONE TIME authorization to bill. They even bill for random amounts hoping you won't catch it. Had to report as fraud to the bank and cancel card. I didn't sign or agree to anything, I never expected this ghetto company to do this. First time they said it was a mistake but after the 3rd time for random amounts had to report the fraud. Be very careful dealing with this company, or at least this location. Have never experienced a more negative interaction with a retailer. Really disappointing.
