Came in cause I was a little confused on what was going on with my vehicle. Troy was working and helped me out, he made sure to make me feel comfortable and let me know what my car needed and was able to walk process. Will be definitely coming back!!

Vanessa was a God-send! I needed 4 tires, She got me squared away the next day with a great set & a Pep Boys wheel alignment for my trip(s) while my daughter is visiting from Cali! I would give her 10 stars and her own store, if I could! 🙏 Bless you, Lady! Now I am back on the road again with SAFETY on my side! I will never go anywhere else for my tires needs!

Needed tires quick. I called and asked about tires but they did not have the correct ones. The employee called another store and had the tires I needed picked up and delivered to the nearest location to me. The delivery, paperwork, and installation only took less than 2 hours. Very impressed! I will be recommending this location.

Came in this morning, no one in the front. Man Came from back seen my husband, didn't even acknowledge us and then turned around and went to back and you can hear him Start making phone calls. My husband and I decided to walk out then here the man comes but by that time we were already in the car. We had an appointment for 10:30, they just lost a sale and would never go back. This store had better customer service when it was Rent A Tire.

I just left this place after running over a nail and my tire going completely flat… These people were SO amazing, so kind, and so quick and helpful through the process of getting my tire patched up. I was so incredibly stressed out but they made the whole visit to them a breeze and were so nice. I usually go to a different tire store for tire maintenance but I will be going to this place from now on! Definitely my new favorite. The service was unparalleled and they offer great payment plans for new tires which is a huge plus. Thank you!

They don't care if you have kids or not and if you need to get them to the hospital tried several times to make payment arrangements and they didn't want to work with it when they came to the house they was rude and yelling the Manger was yelling threw the phone I was happy with them at first but now I am very disappointed

This is my 3rd purchase from this location . Since my first purchase I have had excellent service . My reason for returning to this location is Vanessa and Troy they are very good people they do all they can to help customers . When I come here I know I am getting the best customer service . I have been dealing with your store #6 for a few years and have had a great experience great customer service until resently I don't know why you changed management the person you have has rude at times although he did help me out with one issue overall he work I've been dealing with Vanessa the whole time and she has been a great manager she takes the time to talk to you and explain things and handle every issue she has great customer service skills I've recommended several of my friends to you and I've told them all see her.
