The absolute worst people to deal with! They call and harass you every week for your payment. I originally opted in to have my payments taken out bi- weekly, but they insist on taking the payment every week. The guy whoever calls is rude and talk aggressive. Oh and let’s not forget they’re calling your references without a proper greeting demanding to get in contact with you to make a payment. -0/10 lesson learned

Went in today and Megan made sure I got everything I needed to get my rims and tires the staff was really nice and open minded to help me to get the right tires and showed me different ones to pick from.

I literally had the worst time ordering tires at Walmart . Waited a week for them and when I picked up they had no rims! Ok maybe my fault I was only looking at the picture . Well I called around and rims were ridiculously high. There was no way Imcoild afford them and thought I had to save a while before I could actually afford them . Well I called Rent a Tire and still skeptical, didn’t know how freakin easy it was !!! Literally only 50 bucks to get them and with low weekly payments !!!!! These people saved me !!!!! Thank you Eddie and nice to meet you sweet Megan !!! Both have very good costumer service and I’m very impressed ! All taken care of in a matter of hours

Rims and tires were picked up when they weren't supposed to. Can't get in touch with the GM Chris taylor regarding the situation. Reached out multiple times and no call backs will be perusing legal action.
