It made me give 1 star to be able to write the review. DO NOT GO TO THEM. The keys they give you for your rims you are paying them for are cheaply made and if it breaks they don’t want to give you another one. Then they want to charge you for a new one when you have no other way to take your rim off bc it’s locked. Why would I pay 30 for a lock if it’s so cheaply made it’s gonna break again. My car is on flat and I need to change my tire. They have the worst customer experience ever. I got my rims at a different location but you can go to any of them because they are all owned by the same person. Then when my location called them they said they didn’t have any keys but ma’am you just wanted me to pay 30.00 for one and if I paid for it you had it. Take your business elsewhere. I added a pic of the broken key. I showed that to them also bc I can’t use it to take my rim off. I have no reason to lie either. I just don’t get how I am a repeat customer this is like my 3rd time buying tires and rims from this place but I get treated like bum. My tire can’t be driven anywhere I need the key to take my tire off.

Just paid off our tires today and couldn’t be happier. The manager, Tierra, was patient and worked with us all the way to the end to make sure everything was right.

RAW had me waiting for a hour for a tech to come back to start working on my vehicle to put two tires on. Which, I already had with me. And on top of that, they post to be professional by putting the tires on with no damage, scrapes, or scratches. Both of my rims was scraped up and scratched up. My rims was in mint condition when I first got there. When, I got the truck off the rack, the rims was scratched up.

I wish I could give 0 star rating! Not a great place to do business with. It's a setup!! It's designed to screw the customer. With only a $350 balance $1000 was added to my total bill. When l asked what the fee was for l was told it was interest. Called before my arrival to make a payment and have my tire checked they left me to sit outside for a really long time even though I was next to enter the bay. When l check to see if I was next l was informed the tech had left and wasn't given a timeline on their return. I overpaid for the merchandise and the customer service sucks.

If i could give less stars I would ..Unreliable employee...Leslie was suppose to find a Rim for us said he would call with the info but never called back Then he recommended this place called 2 round 2 furious to fix her rim..(DoNOT and I Do Mean... DO NOT!!! TAKE his advice...He Sent my girlfriend there to get a rim fixed...Not only did they charge her and didn't fix it...Apparently he is making side money sending people to them...When they didn't fix it right...Told him about it..all he said was take it back...Which they said that they never seen the wheel...I'll advise EVERYONE not to spend their money here...Find a Honest Reliable Rim shop...THIS IS NEITHER HONEST OR RELIABLE

We were told not to sale us anything. Because the area manager Pat is still in his feeling about my husband which Pat accuse him of stealing and my husband came to work everyday with no problem, that's was 2 year's ago and Pat is in his feeling 😂😂. We had cash to paid for some rims. Rate -0

If I could I wouldn’t give one star. I use to feel comfortable with RentAWheel until yesterday’s scam they tried to pull on me. They put so many damages on my rim it’s ridiculous. I was a loyal customer to the shop on Perkins in East Memphis. Never would have thought this was happening at this shop. Do not waste your time and money with the office on Perkins. Go to Covington Pike. Thank me later.

Super cool tire tech. I can not give a review about the front end of the business. I was only there being that were the closest installers to me that the tire dealer that I go through uses. Although, while I was having my tires mounted I did get the opportunity to meet and speak to the sales reps who were all really down to earth and helpful. This business is most definitely "White" friendly and I would send any of my friends or family here to buy rims or to have any other tire needs taken care of. Sadly, I must add the above in today's racial climate as well as the location of this business would otherwise not even be on that races radar.
