I had a great experience here! I took some time to do this review. I must say the service was amazing. The tires that I purchased perform great in the rain! Better my fuel economy! Cece was great and professional! And explained the process very well! I’ll be back! And I’ll be sending anyone I know that needs tires and a great price!

I was looking for a store to buy tires and went to this one by mistake. The store ws clean and the employees were very professional. I opted to finance the tires which came to a total of $672.46. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT TAKING TIME TO READ THE CONTRACT AND TO ASK QUESTIONS. After making 2 payments totaling $373.87, I thought my remaining balance was $298.59. When verifying that with the company, I learned that my balance was $486.19. The difference ($187.60) consisted of hidden fees and the way they conduct business. I paid it off. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I’m pretty late on this review but I’ve had my tires for a while now. They’ve been amazing. Service was quick & efficient. CiCi and the team took really great care of me! They were knowledgeable and you can tell they enjoy what they do.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT YOUR NEXT SET OF WHEELS FROM THEM. WHEN YOU MISS A PAYMENT, THEY WILL CALL YOU AND THREATEN TO REPORT YOUR WHEELS STOLEN IF THEY DON’T HEAR FROM YOU BY THE END OF THE DAY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK A JOB AND CAN’T ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY WON’T LET YOU TALK TO A MANAGER EITHER.

Cecy, fixed what another shop messed up! I’ve got an oversized Trailboss on 35s. Other shop said I would have no issues with scrubbing because of the lift kit I put on it. Needless to say, they had no clue what they were talking about. Cecy spent time with me looking at the specs on the truck and came up with the perfect offset for my rig. No scrubbing, looks badass, and Cecy was very personal to her client’s needs. Everyone from the front desk, the fella doing the work, all the way up to Cecy were awesome. A+, would commend.

Very bad experience with them , the day I purchased my tires and rims it took me forever I was waiting for a long time , I did auto pay and suddenly found out they did many wrong deductions from my account, so I had to check my account every week . If I called the front desk they talk to me in a terrible way even though I were very nice it’s makes me feel bad. I will never purchase anything with them again. I hope they improve their way dealing with people.
