This place took over after they closed the raw on military and they have no idea what they are doing. I spoke to management over an issue they caused and they made it seem like it was my fault. Oh then they charged me a late fee in top of that. I called back and spoke to a manager who couldn’t explain anything to me and when I told him I was auto draft and it was bi weekly said that I was calling in payments. Called corp seems they were able to see exactly what I was saying. Please put the manager that was at military in charge there. She knows what she is doing. It seem when ur almost done paying they make it seem like ur late and charge u without telling u

Let me tell you something about this shop right here: 1. Courteous 2. Reasonable Rising 3. Knowledgeable 4. Professional This shop helped me out when I was in a bind. My girl had a blow out after she didn't listen to me and drove behind the Taco Bell on marbach after bring told several times not to do so due to pot holes and what not. They didn't take advantage of my situation and gave me fair pricing so i ended up Buying four new tires. There's a reason why i've come back to the shop four times now for my tire and wheels needs. In a nutshell if you Quality service And good pricing Pull up they got you 💯👍

Called my friend whom works here (Alfonso) because I needed a used or nearly used tire for my daughter's car. Not only because he's a friend of mine, but the service provided was near our home, fast and done professionally. We're so appreciative that this particular location is available and very responsive for us. So many different options for rims, tires and complete tire service! Thanks to my friend and the professionalism he showed us in getting our daughter's tire replaced for her vehicle. Thanks again and we'll definitely call for future service.

First impression, 👎🏻. Off the bat, they try to switch the down payment. Then ask you where you work. Tried to start the install of the new rims, the rim alignment doesn’t match! 😂🤣 Have to order parts and wait but funny how paperwork was done with nothing installed! Canceled the whole thing because, well, it was a sign….that we shouldn’t go through with it! Dude, if you’re in the rim and tire business it would of been done right the first time! And looking at the reviews, I’m glad I’m out!✌🏻 Deuces! If you really want badass rims and tires, save your money and buy them cash out! Listen to this Southsider! 👊🏻😜 ✨ 🛞

I called needed a tire in a hurry looking to see if they carried what I need. Not only did it take a couple of calls I was left on hold indefinitely. I get it businesses get busy however this did cause me to go elsewhere. I still don’t know if they carry the tire I needed.

I visited Raw Wheel and Tires on 21 Sep 2023 with the thought that I could purchase a normal set of rims for my 2011 BMW 535i. George, my Customer Service Representative worked with me and provided vital professional insight describing differences for the appropriate rims for my vehicle. George not only provided data he also placed a rim on my vehicle to test if the rim being purchase would work correctly. The demonstration proved that George is a professional that truly cares about the customer even though making sales is their business. George's customer service and professionalism were top notch and demonstrates that Raw Wheel is not just about making sales but displays that this business is the one you want to visit when shopping for rims or tires. In this day and age customer service is non-exist, however RAW Wheel and Tires is a place that will serve you right each and every time regardless to making a sale or not. You can not go wrong when visiting this business. Ask for George, you will be glad you did. Great visit...recommend you give them your business and you will be glad you did!

Just showed up to check out some rims pulled up to buisness and wow when I looked at a buisness I expect for it to be a nice establishment grass hasent been cut in months, or if you want to attract customers we will at least cut your grass and make you store look presentable I’m out deuces

Just stay away from these guys. I messed up and financed tires from them and now this is the second time they’ve pulled a payment twice in one weekend and all I get is a “I’m very sorry we’ve already refunded it” it takes several days to get that money back the first time I was calm but now the second time in a very short period of time I’m extremely upset. UPDATE the manager called me and apologized on his behalf and we came to a resolution so I’m updating my review from one star to three because things like this should NOT happen…

My experience here was five-star for sure. The gentlemen were very willing to help, despite it being close to closing time on a Saturday. I was given options, and they had my tires quickly brought over from another store while I was there. Nice! The process was professional, and I feel they went above and beyond for my husband and I. The tires I received were at a fair price and good quality. Thanks again, guys!

Quick and courteous help and best of all, they didn't charge me to inflate my tires to the proper air pressure so my tire pressure light went off! Highly recommend!

This place has the most amazing deals! Got all four of tires here.I thought I’d be waiting a hour or two to get my tires done. But it honestly only took 30 minutes and I had someone else in front of me so that was very impressive!!! 10/10 would recommend. Friendly service too! Will be coming back to get my rims done!
