What should’ve been a simple cash transaction has turned into over a 60 day ordeal. Smh very unsatisfied customer. At this point I think I just want a refund & my original rims & tires back.

I usually purchase run flat tires for my BMW but I was trying to be more cost effective so I came here. I Purchased 4 new tires for my BMW and the initial purchase encounter was fine. Nico provided great info on which tires to purchase and I was able to do the same as cash option to get them at a good deal, however, things went wrong when the guy took over 2/3 hours to put my tires on just to come back and notify me that there might be an issue with the sensor. The gentleman that installed the new tires broke my tire sensor and did not want to take accountability when I know it was him because immediately after getting in the vehicle the TPMS malfunction popped up on the screen. I notified them of the issue and they tried to convince me that it was an issue with my car and had to take it to BMW and they couldn’t help because they don’t have the sensors my car is equipped with. I never had a TPMS failure the entire time I had my vehicle and this is like the 3rd or 4th time buying new tires for install and never had this issue. Robert did make the effort to try and fix or replace the sensor however he was unsuccessful and I had to eventually take my car to BMW to fix and it cost $533 to repair the TPMS sensor and my wheel speed sensor.

Yo! Raw is it, the place is the bomb got me a set of four rims and tires and the payment method they use is great. I had the set paid of in five months and I didn’t even realize it. Coming to get me a second set soon.

I sought service here about a month ago, needing a more convenient way to pay for 4 tires at once. Financing options didn't work out for me, but there are options available that may work for others. In the midst of attempting to do business though, I put down $100 for tires. Nico did not disclose to me that when I backed out of the transaction that the down-payment would be non refundable. I even called back and asked him if he was sure I'd be able to get my refund on a later day, and he said yes, but I'd have to come into the store. Last weekend when I went to obtain my refund, the manager advised that I couldn't be refunded because the tires were already ordered and the down-payment was their security for freight costs in the event a person backs out of the transaction. Again, that was not disclosed. And when the manager advised this, Nico stood there, knowing he recognized me, and said nothing. That is very disappointing, and I will never do business here.

This place treated me like I was poor guy with no money, first they made me pay for service up front ( mount n balance my own tires) I paid with a c. Card. Then 10 later he wanted a copy of my driver's license sent to him via E mail I told him he don't need to have a copy he can just look at it. Got in to it with him n finally he didn't need a copy. I feel like there gonna sell my info to someone else. Horrible place of business. No other business operates like that. I will file complaint with corporate n BBB

I am so happy I found RAW in Tampa FL on Hillsborough Ave! Niko the store manager is super knowledgeable and professional. I won't go anywhere else for tires. I purchased tires for my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV from RAW and I couldn't be happier!
