Absolutely the worst place to go to don't waist your time I had to wait 2 weeks to get my rims n tires then had to wait 3 days to have them put on my car then not even 2 weeks with the rims and I missed my payment 2 days ago and they came and took one rim without any warning they harassed my family before my payment was even due no warning no citation no nothing 2 days are u serious and left a brick under my car damaging the bottom of my car I have a Mercedes and this is going to cost to fix it wow

The owner and his staff quickly assisted in our search for tires and rims to put on our 2007 GMC truck. They figures out why we were having turning and rubbing issues. Plus the delivery and install happened sooner then expected. Great work with knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend.

Worst service possible i paid for rims up front they said would fit they did not fit so i needed hib rings , they said they would order them for me which is fine but i waited more than a month for them and called the manager , he said he was busy and never called me back so i went in the store and he said he had no idea what issue i was having even tho he was there when they suspposedly order the rings, also went back after a month anteo weeks without my truck and they told me to order them myself on amazon shitty place shitty workers never buy from this place

I went in a couple of months ago and had a great experience with John (old manager) and Josh. I was ready to purchase recently so I returned. They had let him go and their was a new John (regional) he really has let the place go. And it didn't really seem like he was interested in working or could even be bothered to help anyone. Someone screwed up. This place used to be really busy, not it's a mortuary. Looks like they might be going out of business soon.

The service was great and easy Jennifer was amazing but when it comes to needing a repair for from road hazard I keep getting the same response tech is out today first on list for tomorrow it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t got my an answer on when my wheel should be dont and still need another one fixed so great at first but once purchase is made I haven’t had to great of an experience with them

It was such a great experience with RAW location on Alvernon. My bf surprised me with rims and although the store was literally minutes aways from closing, Rafael and Jennifer made my surprise happen! They went the extra mile to ensure great customer service. Usually, places will tell you to come back being it was the end of the day but they didn't... Because of that , I loved my experience and love my rims. THANK YOU :)

On a Friday after a long week walk to my car and had a flat tire.😪 My sister call this business and the manager told her that he will wait and he did the worker came to my car figured out the tire sizes he gets my tires on and I'm off. The manager John made what could have been my worst visit into a very satisfying experience and seemed effortless. Thank you.

Great experience application was a breezy, and Rafael was excellent explaining the process, the added perks and all that comes with a rim and tire package. I am so excited and extremely happy I made the leap and went with them for my much needed tires and rims!!!! Thank you guys so much. I’m happy I got to spoil myself!!!. *edit, sorry guys I didn’t not realize my phone auto corrected the name from Rafael to Raul so I fixed the name but honest all 3 including the install tech was great. I am very happy with the whole process and when there was confusion I was contacted immediately to inform me of the correction and when it would take place. You guys are awesome.

The Team I saw today was John & Josh they were courteous, professional, and diligent in their work. They ensured my tires were in excellent condition and safe to drive. The process was hassle-free, and their policies were clear and understandable.
