I just found my new mechanic! I had such a great experience with Ray’s Auto. When I called to get a quote, Andy was super helpful with getting me the price. When I went in for my appointment, Vanya (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was super friendly and Ray got to work immediately. I was in and out quick. I will be going to them for my repairs a long as I’m in Vegas.

I took my car in today because my car has had the same issue for some time. I took it to two different shops and they were not able to come up with what the issue was nor fix it, Ray was able to locate the issue and fix my car. I feel so relived and happy, Thank you so much to Ray and team, customer service was 5 stars for sure!

This place is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Also such NICE people. They immediately diagnosed my car, ordered the parts and had it fixed….all within a few hours. I’m so happy I found a new shop for all my Volkswagen service and repairs. Thank you ***UPDATE*** This place is still one of the best auto shops in Las Vegas. Received great and lightning fast service again today. Ray and Andy are awesome! Everyone I’ve recommended this place to has received the same exceptional service!! I’m so thankful for them and the hard work they do.

Came and “fixed” my coolant leak I had and spent 500 to fix the problem and after a month it went right back to the same problem tried to go back based off there hours online but they said they are closed because they were open on Sunday but it’s Wednesday….not the best experience with rays auto

Price to work is reasonable and affordable given this is Vegas. No "upcharges" or added fee's for "needed work" These guys are SOLID. I came in with a 2014 Dodge Durango that was shifting erratically on a Sunday. Believing I was low fluid, they took the car in and said parts will be in tomorrow. I drove home then came back following day. They said they drove it and it shifted perfectly. Most shops would stop there. Not Rays...they wanted to do ONE MORE inspection, just in case. Good thing too, they notice the feed/return lines to the transmission were leaking. And pointed it out to show me. They said the new parts would take a day to come in (special order), however i said that time was limited and I couldn't wait another day. They understood, inspected the lines further and fixed it on the spot...they did not have to replace the lines. They noticed that the rings was shot and the stabilizing bracket was missing. So instead of insisting new lines, they replaced the o-ring and created a stabilizing bracket to make sure the lines don't move/vibrate while I drive. *****They did NOT add charges for repairing and stabilizing the lines.***** After the final inspection. No leaks were found. Overall I'm beyond happy with the service and attention to detail and customer satisfaction this shop gives. If I have another issue. This will be my go-to shop in Vegas. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

After a lil bit of misunderstanding they took care of me and got the job done dealing with insurance can be stressful and overwhelming but it takes patient Ray the owner and along as Andy is incredible and very knowledgeable on cars I recommend his service and I will be coming back in the future thanks for your service I am satisfied with the outcome

I highly, highly recommend Ray’s Auto!! Took my Porsche Panamera here to replace brakes, after only taking it to Porsche since I’ve gotten the car. Wow. Not only did Ray’s provide the same quality of service I am used to receiving at Porsche, but they saved me an abundance of money! I am talking a few thousand dollars here! I paid about 1/3 of what Porsche wanted to charge for just front brakes to get all four replaced!! I was referred here by a friend who promised I would not be disappointed by Ray’s and they sure did deliver!! Amazing quality work, beyond reasonable pricing, and every person I dealt with here was extremely nice! It’s a breath of fresh air to walk into a business and just tell everyone there loves what they do! I will most definitely return in the future for any work needed and suggest if you are in need of any auto repairs and/or maintenance and want an honest, reliable, fairly priced, top notch job to take it to Ray’s, as my friend told me, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

On my way to Utah coming from California my brake caliper bolt fell off, after searching around the many mechanic shops I found rays. He got me in and out in less than hour and back on the road. He was quick and very hospitable with a fair price, something I was a bit worried coming in. All and all if your in town and need a quick clean fix rays is the place to go. God forbid something else pops up but if I’m in town I know where to go. Thanks ray for a great job!

We went to Las Vegas to see family for the weekend and our car started to have issues regarding our alternator as it was weak charging. Ray and Andy were one of the best and most professional mechanics we have met. Not only they just did repaired our issue with our car's alternator, they went up and beyond into solving it. They were also very generous and hospitable and even offered us water and soda since it was over 110 degree heat to keep us customers cool. You don't meet these guys anywhere else. I will be definitely recommending them to my friends and family here in the Las Vegas area.

Ray was there in our moment of need (air compressor out & 107 degrees in Vegas on a Sunday). Not only is Ray a quality mechanic & businessman, he is honest, kind & accommodated the wife running the vehicle for the scheduled appointment for the following morning. He made sure the parts were accessed in a timely fashion, prioritized the work to help me get it done in a shorter time period than anticipated. Ray and each member of his staff were thoughtful, straightforward & hospitable to this very overheated woman. We found a trusted mechanic shop in LV and will be returning!!!

My car started to run hot while I was traveling to Arizona from Idaho. I saw the stellar ratings and decided to call. I am so happy and thankful I did! They got my car diagnosed within minutes, and fixed the problem on the spot. Everyone there was more than accommodating to my kids and I. It is very hard to find a shop who is very knowledgeable and honest these days. We were able to finish our drive to Arizona with no issues whatsoever! I highly recommend Ray Auto Services to anyone who needs vehicle repairs! Thank you for your help Ray Auto!

This workshop is very bad because they offer you a service and say that they give you a guarantee and they do not comply with the guarantee of the work. They wash their hands saying that they do the tests but they do not solve anything because I went to have the air conditioning of my Kia Sportage checked at the At the time of asking them, they told me that it was going to look good and that they gave me a guarantee for their work because they had the equipment to check the air and that it had looked good after two weeks the air stopped working and they didn't even want to check again that they had done the work and they couldn't do anything anymore, they even mockingly told me that they couldn't do anything because they don't have the equipment to check where the leak is, which when I asked them I asked them if they gave a guarantee and they said yes after two weeks they say They can't do anything, in conclusion, don't take your cars to that workshop because they're going to come up with the same excuse, they're just looking to scam people.and they only apologize for the views they have, they did not solve anything for me and they charged me my money, it went to the trash

Traveling through the area to Phoenix with our kids. Our car started overheating. They got us in immediately diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road ASAP!!! They were very courteous to our kids. Outstanding service and hospitality!!! It's hard to find good shops these days. They earned a loyal customer today. I'll be recommending them to my friends and family in the Vegas area.

We were driving through Vegas when our truck’s AC suddenly stopped working. Luckily, Ray's Auto Shop was open and saw us right away. Despite our unexpected arrival, they were incredibly accommodating. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Their efficiency and expertise were impressive, especially given the urgency of our situation. The whole process was smooth, and we were back on the road in no time with a perfectly functioning AC. Ray's this kind,Courteous and knowledgeable about cars worked on our car we brought it in last minute they got it up and running so we can finish our trip home. If I am ever out by Ray's and need work done that will be my first stop. And thanking you again for your hard work
