Had a rough time finding someone to properly repair 2 tires on 2 of my vehicles on short notice after an incident with a roofing company next door. After 5 phone calls of being told I can set up an appointment for a week later, these guys got me in and out in 10 minutes on an hour notice. Working in the heavy truck industry for over a decade, I fully understand how busy a tire shop can get and want to thank these guys again for the service!

I went to get a tire replaced at this place and it was raining bad that day. Workers were slaving under the rain. Speaking to the workers I asked if they always work in the rain/snow and they say it’s normal for them to work outside in that weather. That is such a shame because these workers don’t even get paid anywhere above $12/hr when asking a worker there. This place needs to do better with their employees. Great hard workers by the way and helped me get in and out in 15 min or less even in the rain.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ray Tann Tire Shop. The place feels more like a neighborhood hangout spot than a professional business. I waited over 30 minutes, and during that time, nobody seemed interested in helping or even acknowledging me. Instead, the staff appeared more focused on chatting and hanging out rather than serving customers. It’s frustrating when you’re expecting service and professionalism but instead feel like you’re interrupting a social gathering. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

While they had the best price on the specific tires I wanted the work was subpar. Let's start with the little things, didn't replace 2 of the valve stem covers. After bringing to their attention, they dug around and found some replacements. They don't use lift rather just jack vechile up on 4 floor jacks with wheels, not very safe. Work was done quick and now I know why they don't balance tires or check alignment after install. The next day while taking a 200 mile trip I noticed a vibration in my truck once vehicle got over 40mph. After 90 miles I pulled off the highway. To my surprise I found 2 loose lug nuts, one I could spin by hand the other turned another 3/4 of a turn with wrench. Won't be returning for any service there.

Happy to find a place that rotates tires on Tesla vehicles. I enjoyed watching YouTube while the tires were rotated quickly. Must bring your own hoisting pucks but well worth it. Great prices.

I had a nail in my tire and they got it pulled and patched in less than 15mins for only $30. Didn't even have to take my kids out the car. Plus there was a puppy 🤣

Super fast and quality work! I visited Ray Tann Tire on a recommendation from my boss as I needed to have a nail in my tire removed and they were able to fit me in last minute (although I'm certain this is a rarity), fix my flat and get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! I am super pleased by their work and will definitely recommend them for all my tire needs in the future! Thank you Ray Tann Tire!

Our car hit a nail on the highway as we were heading to the airport and we immediately had to find a tire place so we could make it to our flight. We called around to the bigger places in the area (Goodyear, Firestone, and WalMart), but they all required an appointment and were unpolite to talk to. We called Ray Tann Tire and they understood our urgency and were ready to help immediately. We got our car there and they immediately got us in to patch our tire. The hole was bigger than expected but they did a great job patching the tire. They even started an emergency order for a tire in case the patch didn’t fit as a backup plan. Once the tire was patched, they put it back on and charged us a very reasonable price. Customer service, reasonable, and a great team to talk to. Would definitely take my car there again

This place is very reasonable in prices, if u have a leak in your tires they only charge $30 to patch. 😀

Ray and his crew did a great job. I had a tire problem which was taken care of quickly and professionally. Even when I had to go back the next day Ray took care of it at no charge. The weather was no help but the crew was very helpful. Id definitely go back for future tire problems

Came in last week for a screw that was wedged in my back tire. The guys here made the repair look like a piece of cake. I was in and out and back on the road in 15 minutes.

Great service, great price on used tired but they looked new to me. The price for removing a nail and plugging it was high to me. I will return for more used tires when needed.
