These guys were slammed when I stopped by this morning and I told them I can schedule something with them next week but Ray insisted he would squeeze me in to take a look at my Explorer. They had my Explorer back up running and ready for the road by 2pm! They always try their best to make some magic happen! The 1st time I dropped off my Explorer off at Rays was because 3 other mechanics couldn't get the part off but Ray did and had it back to me within 2 business days. I Highly Recommend Ray's!

Have used them multiple times, for multiple vehicles/makes, and they've always been prompt, honest, and been clear about what needs repair immediately, what can wait, and what I can do myself. Fair pricing, and they use high grade parts. Nice guys!

We have been customers of Ray's Affordable Auto Repair in Keller for over 20 years. We live south of Ft. Worth in Burleson, so when we find a good company, we don't mind driving farther for honest and trustworthy auto repair. We have referred all family and friends to Ray's, and they have all become loyal repeat customers. Ray's is a five-star, and I don't give 5 stars very often. I recently was referred to Ray's, and it's been an amazing experience. I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra. The initial issue was check engine light and overheating. After the dealership quoted me an astronomical amount and provided many "needed" options, I went to Ray's for a second opinion. They confirmed the initial problem and told me it would take until the following week to get it back...they had it done 2 days later. A week later, a completely separate issue started, and I had it towed to Ray's. Again, they had it diagnosed and back to me in 2 days. Ray & Rich are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable.

Ray is a friendly man and runs a great shop. My 2012 4Runner was leaking oil. Ray put it on the rack, figured out it was a loose drain plug and tightened it up for me. And he did this free of charge. I'll continue and gladly patronize Ray's Affordable. *****Update Above****** I took my 09 Accord in to have new shocks and struts, brakes replaced, and the spark plugs too. I firmly believe Ray was honest and affordable with the work he did. He also steered me (see what I did there) away for unnecessary maintenance A local Honda dealership recommended I needed.

Fantastic. The starter went out in my F150. I had it towed to Ray's and it was fixed the same day. I'll only use Ray's going forward.

Had a noise develop rather abruptly, hard to tell where it was coming from. Ray diagnosed it quickly and correctly, got parts and repaired it and even gave me a ride home. Besides doing a good job, very professional and friendly. I know where I am getting my work done from now on...Ray's Affordable Auto Repair !

I had a signal on my dashboard: "Cheque engine". I asked a mechanic what should be done about it? He answered: You will have to take an appointment and it will cost you around $500. I went to Ray's Affordable Auto Repair, and the mechanic in charge (possibly Ray) explained to me that this happens in cars at this time when the temperature goes down, and it is not serious. He offered to remove the signal and he did. He advised me to pay attention to the temperature indicator at the dashboard, and if it indicates high temperature, then it should be addressed. He didn't change a penny! The car is working fine now. I wish all the mechanics are as competent and HONEST as Ray's Affordable Auto Repair!

The men here were so helpful. They got me in the morning I called and updated me by lunchtime. They took the time to call multiple places for the part I needed and had the car back to me before the end of the day. On top of the effort and quality of work, they were just very friendly.

Wow, really wow. Great old school mechanics are hard to find and Ray's is a jem. He knows his way around an engine. I know a lot of guys who are gear heads and will be definitely telling they about Ray's.

ray's is the best! these guys know what they're doing, they don't overcharge you, and they actually build relationships with their customers. my family has been going here for years and they always do the repairs that i ask for, don't do the repairs that i don't ask for, and most importantly, they inform my decisions with professional expertise. the only downside is that you will have to wait a bit for your repairs, but that's because they're busy: they're popular because they're doing automotive repair the right way. they're well worth the wait!
