We have used Rays several times over the years and they have always done outstanding work! They recently fixed a dent on my fender and they are always easy to work with and have a great staff! Joe took care of us and even stayed late for me to pick up my car after they closed. Thank you Rays!

Our experience with Ray’s was awesome. Joe dealt with us and he was super nice and personable. I had broken off part of my front bumper and my left headlight and we were expecting it to be done after a week. They did outstanding on my car, and they made it a very smooth, simple, and speedy process. They replaced it and repainted it in less than 3 days. We needed it done especially quick as well because I’m about to go back to school in a week and a half. There were also a few paint spots on my car that they had found and they touched it up for free. They also cleaned the inside of my car after they finished. They made sure to get it done and I got my car back even better than it was before! These people will for sure take care of you and give you the best service.

I came here because My hood popped off and cracked my windshield. My bumper was already slighlty broken on the driver side too and wanted to see how much this would cost to fix everything. They gave me an estimate of $8000 with labor and said my car was totaled. I came to an auto body because I didn't have the time to fix the car myself as I work and attend school full time, but after hearing the estimate I decided to take matters into my own hands and fix my bumper and hood for less than $350 and with paint $700. I haven't fixed the windshield yet, but after everything is settled the total doesn't come no where near the amount they were charging me. At the end of the day I am able to fix my car up and have it for sale so I could buy a new one instead of just selling it for parts like they were suggesting.

I wanted to give another review from my other account Artemio Baltazar to say THIS AUTO BODY SHOP TRIED TO SCAM ME. ITS ABSURD THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $8000 with labor FOR A BUMPER THATS BASICALLY PLASTIC, HOOD, AND A WINDSHIELD. I DID IT MYSELF FOR LESS THAN 1k AND THEY TRIED TELLING MY CAR WAS TOTALED AND SUGGESTED I SELL THE PARTS FOR THE CAR ! DO NOT GO HERE !!!

We had an excellent experience with Ray’s. The lady we worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions fully. They also worked with our insurance for us and made the process as easy as a car repair can be. The workmanship was excellent and our car looks like new. I would highly recommend!

I took my wife’s car in after the driver door handle broke off. James was incredibly kind and helpful in how quickly they were able to figure out what they needed to order. THEN James actually went above and beyond and let me borrow a vehicle to drive back to my office down the road because of the time it was going to take to get the repairs completed. Wow!

James and his guys took excellent care of my Pathfinder after it was hit. They were quick, too, even on Christmas/New Year's week. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and I barely had to lift a finger. Would absolutely recommend!

These folks were amazing. They went above and beyond any expectation I ever had. They were so friendly and kept me apprised of the the progress while they worked on my truck. I can't say enough about this place. I paid a little extra over the dealership buy the dealership told me they wouldn't add things like an alignment on my vehicle and this after it had been wrecked in the front end. Rays told me upfront it may need one and I was willing to pay a little extra to get it done while the dealership would have had me eating up tires so they could sell me some. Thanks rays.

Everyone at Ray's was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired properly, even when the insurance company made it difficult for them. State Farm (insurance of the person who hit my car) was horrid, and gave Ray's a hard time every step of the way. They made sure that everything that needed to be done to restore my car to preaccident condition happened, even when it meant spending extra time making it happen. The repair looks fantastic, and was completed even faster than I expected. While we hope to not need a body shop again any time soon, we are glad to know that we have such an awesome one if we do! Every single person we encountered was helpful, knowledgable, and went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. The customer service was top notch, and the repair far exceeded my expectations. Sending a HUGE thank you to Miss Mikki for putting up with way too many phone calls from me, and to everyone there for doing such a fantastic job.

Had work done at another shop in past , and was luckily recommended to Ray’s this time... Extremely Professional , and knew how to deal with the Insurance company , who was trying to give me the run around. Repairs and paint were better than I could imagine . Thank You Ray’s !!!...

Very frustrated with new management. I have used Ray's for over 20 years and have received great service and work in the past. Recently took a wrecked Buick to them and it was determined it was totaled. When I went to Ray's to sign a release for the car, I was surprised to find they had released it without my signing the documents. I had told the lady in the office 2 days prior, I was coming in and would need the plates off the car. When I arrived, she was VERY disorganized, had trouble finding my paperwork and finally found it in a stack of papers in the floor, behind her desk . I asked for the plates and she searched but couldn't find them. I told her I would not sign the release until she got the plates, she promised to get them. I called today (about a week later) and asked if she had the plates yet. She said she did not, but I could go to the junkyard and get them or perhaps talk with my insurance company to get them. I called my insurance who told me the plates were not on the car and probably removed by Ray's. Perhaps the same craftsmen are still at Ray's Auto Body, but the office staff is disorganized and demonstrated a "It's your problem, not mine" attitude with me. I believe the license plates are at Ray's Auto Body, but are lost in the clutter around her office.
