Just a five hour turnaround to replace a starter and a battery. Excellent service, great communication, prices right where I expected for the work. Look forward to working with them again... though hopefully not soon. EDIT: Wrote this three years ago, and it remains true. If I have a car problem, I go to Ray's.

I am so glad my car broke down at Walmart last week! My friend told me about Ray’s Auto Clinic. Miles answered the phone with a smile. He was so friendly and helpful in our conversation. AAA towed the car (and me!) to Ray’s. They took it in immediately and diagnosed the issue. Their price for a new starter was the same as I priced (yes you can take your own parts; but why hassle with that when they were better than auto zone?) I was there a very short time as they fixed it that afternoon. The next day, I took my daughter’s van in for lower arms replacement and a new a/c compressor. The price for BOTH of the van repairs was less than half of the a/c quotes I had gotten from several other mechanics! I recommend them highly for their integrity and work ethic. In and out. That’s their motto on almost every repair. Plus it is so nice to speak with gentlemen who are trustworthy, and not out to just make a buck. Like Miles says, “If you love what you do and do what you love, it isn’t really work!”

I spoke with the owner and the mechanic, and they gave me their professional advice. At the end of the day, they will do what the customer wants. I was very satisfied with the service they gave me and my car. I was recommended by other friends who have done business with Ken and Anselmo.

I was referred by a friend who said great things about Ray's. I had 2 of my vehicles brakes replaced with Ray's. I also recently had an oil leak on my Honda and they were able to diagnose the problem. They had the issue fixed the price was reasonable. Miles always does a great job and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend this team if you're looking for a shop with integrity, gets the job done, and is priced reasonably!

I've been coming here for a couple years and it's always been a great experience... friendly, fast, and affordable. When I had a problem outside their expertise, they gave me a good referal. Absolutely reccomend this shop.

The customer service was awesome. The mechanic Myles was very informative and communicated the steps during the process and explained the issues and remedies in an easy to understand manner. I would truly recommend going here for car repair as the quality of service is definitely awesome!

best auto shop I found around converse n liveoak. very available, fair pricing and gets the job down well n fast. Miles helped me several times, he is very nice and knowledgable. told me exactly whats the issue and always finish on time. he goes extra miles to help me back on my road. would be my number 1 choice here.

I came here after I suspected I had issues with my car battery. They were able to see me the minute I arrived and they were able to put in a new car battery for me in a shirt amount of time. The people who work there are very nice and they definitely go above and beyond. If I have problems with my car again I will definitely come back.

I strongly recommend taking your vehicle to Ray’s Auto. Miles and staff are amazing. Great customer service and fast, quality repairs. I took my Chevy Monte Carlo in for an oil leak, and there were no unnecessary repairs, only what was needed to stop the leak. I genuinely appreciate Miles and staff and have told everyone to take their vehicles there and you should too!

Kenneth was able to get my daughters car right in and diagnosed. She had a terrible coolant leak that was undetectable. They were able to resolve that issue as well as finding a hidden oil leak that we didn't know about. The turn around time was quick and the price was very fair. I will definitely be using them in the future for any maintenance.

My battery was dying, but it wasn't because it was a bad battery, and they found that out for me and let me know what it actually was, my alternator wasn't regulating. They were kind enough to drive the battery over to the place I got it from, get a loaner while the battery store made sure my battery was still good, it was under warranty, and they made sure that the battery was fine, and Ray's used the loaner to run my car while they fixed it. They only had my car overnight and once I got my car back and went to the battery store and had my original battery put in, everything was great! They're very friendly and reasonable and I really appreciate that they are there! I sincerely recommend them!

I had a small issue with replacing a bulb socket. I called Ray's and he said to bring the vehicle in and he would see what he could do. We showed up and brought a new socket I had purchased earlier that day and he got the socket replaced right away! Very affordable!
