Absolutely overpriced. They repaired something else than what I asked for and totally overcharged. When I picked up the car, the mechanic damaged my exhaust when out-parking the car. I got the car back with my lights and blinker still not working!

I don't think the work they do is worth anywhere near $165.00 an hour! Pep boys charges $130.00 and you have a waiting room with vending machines. Ray has seats on the sidewalk where you can enjoy pollution from Colorado Blvd. Plus they'll do work you didn't authorize and charge you with a smile on their face😔

First time I took my old 1979 Datsun 620 pick up here. Ray the owner very helpful and knowledgeable on auto repairs. My car failed the smog inspection so I had to get it repaired. Ray was able to diagnose the actual problem instead of guessing like other shops. He told me the EGR valve needs to be replaced. The part itself was hard to find for old vehicle but Ray was able to find one. He replaced it and my car passed smog easily. Ray is a straight shooter and honest, he will not give you the run around. I'm very please with his service and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend to all to take your vehicle here. New or old cars, Ray and his team are top notch, they will service your car with the upmost professionalism and honesty. Thank you Ray!

Ray's Auto Repair is hands down the best mechanic service I've ever experienced! Over the years, I've had various cars and even worked with family friends, but none compare to the exceptional service at Ray's. They handle everything, from minor fixes to major repairs like replacing our broken radiator, with the utmost professionalism. My husband and I always bring our cars here because the service is top-notch and the prices are always reasonable. Highly recommended!

The guy was sleeping behind the counter and wouldnt wake up and 10 minutes later when i did get help the mechanic had no idea about the clips that go on brakes so i dont know if this is a front or not but lames notheless

These guys rock. went in thinking I needed an alignment but Ray drove my truck around the block and told me I just had to get 2 new tires. Super honest about what I needed even though it wasn’t a service they could provide. Will def be taking my truck there for any future repairs

It was very pleasant surprise to encounter Ray’s Auto Repair. They provided great service and it was a good quality work. Plus, people at the shop are great - polite, efficient and very helpful. It was also great to see many certificates that indicate that their service is well established, recognized by Eagle Rock community and that people are trained with proofs of excellence. And the price was very good too!

Just got my car back. They did an excellent. My “company car” is a 2015 Chrysler 200S. It had a coolant leak. After a diagnosis, it had a leaking inner and outer thermostat housing and the upper and lower hoses were shot. It made sense to do the water pump as well. The driver belt needed replacement. Lastly one of the motor mounts was toast too. All of this would have been overwhelming and expensive any place else. Ray’s mechanics replaced everything with original factory parts. No more wild temperature fluctuations and no more leaks. All at a fair price. I am grateful to have a guy with integrity working on my car. I would recommend him to anyone.
