I will not be returning to this place. They fix one thing, but rig your car for something else to break down within days. On 3 separate occasions took my car to be fixed after taking it here. The owner can't be trusted.

A nightmare with this guy! Dropped off my vehicle on Friday and was told it would be ready the next day. No call Saturday or Sunday. I go to the shop on Monday, and it's closed. No messages, no response to the calls, can't leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full, and with no end in sight. You would think they would leave a letter posted on the door to advise the clients of why they are closed after a week. 7 days and still can't get my vehicle back from this shop. Filing complaint with the BBB to see if they can get me access to my vehicle. I can't believe this is happening. Contemplating on reporting my vehicle stolen at this point. Whatever reason he has to closing down like this could have been handled more responsibly in respect to his clients. This guy should not have a business PERIOD.

Had to have my headlight bulb replaced right before I had a trip planned. I pulled in off the street, they took care off it in less than half an hour. Also informed me the expensive bulb I brought in was the wrong one . The bulb they provided plus installing was less than I paid for the wrong bulb. Highly recommend having them service your vehicle.

I called and talk to Ray that my wife’s car was marking low oil pressure. I had a recently replaced the oil pressure switch which only took me 15 minutes so I thought it was something else so I couldn’t take it in so my wife took it in the next day because I had to work he kept the car two days that he didn’t contact me he contacted my wife. he said he paid $134 for oil pressure switch what I only paid $18 so he charged her $283 without me knowing and my wife did not run it by me. He took a vantage of a woman when I went back to confront him. he refused to give her money back because he took a vantage of a woman I went to another mechanic and he said he would only charge $60 because it’s only $35 for oil pressure switch it only takes 15 to 30 minutes to put it in

My husband took his car to this place and had an issue with air conditioning and/heating. The mechanic fixed my husband was given a warranty and within 5 months later once it was an issue we went to get it fixed once again and this guy wanted to charge him additional cost and charged him labor cost and now says it can be something else and will charge him 900 dollars to fix it. Take business elsewhere.

What kind of business closes shop for a number of days and keeps their customers in the dark?. I can't even leave a voicemail to have my call returned. My dad's vehicle has been in the shop 4 days now without a follow up call.

I went for fix an engine issue. They advised me that they fixed it,however, I was experiencing issues with the engine light turning on. I have tried a few times to call the business but I go straight to voicemail. They never fixed the issue and I cannot reach them. Would not recommend this place

Took my car in for a simple strut change, I get the car back and I still continually hear the noise. I tell Ray and he says it's normal even though he said after the change the noise would be gone. I then take my car to a Mercedes benz dealership and they tell me whoever installed my Struts forced them into place and messed up my axles. Just because they seem like good people their service is bad, I had to call many times because I would never receive a call if my car was ready after always taking it in at 8am I wouldn't get it back till 6pm, Just some workers calling themselves mechanics.
