Very niche business so they kind of have a captive audience, from my understanding they are good at what they do, but if you're looking for service with a smile, or to be treated like they are interested in your concerns.... Not so much.

Unable to help me with my leaf springs on my Dakota. Not sure as to why it was so difficult. So I'll keep looking. But at least he wasn't dismissive with me.

Been there several times for small repairs and front end work and every single time I got my truck back after it was “finished” there was something else wrong with it I.e. check engine light, random squeaking noises coming from the front end. They either didn’t install something correctly and had to redo the repair or the repair they did didn’t fix the issue so they end up charging me money for something that didn’t need to be done. The last straw was when I took my truck in for some vibrating in the steering wheel and break pedal and without calling me prior to an unauthorized repair, they decide to repair a part that was completely irrelevant too the problem I had. When I got my truck back the vibration was still there. Never going back again and I don’t recommend you either.
