This is sincerely the best and most honest and trustworthy auto shop in Arizona, fast appointments, they go above and beyond to work on your vehicle. Very dedicated on their services and clients. I would not take my cars else where but Rays European Garage, I highly recommend it. El mejor servicio que puedas encontrar en todo El Valle y todo Arizona. Honestos de confianza, citas rápidas. Steer clear. There is a .an named Leo there who pretty much tried to talk me out of my car.how it wouldn't be worth it. I was quoted like 2700. Then it jumped so high when Leo got involved. He told me to just sell it to him cuz i couldn't afford it.hes right, im a single dad with 8 year old daughter. He said hed give me 7 hun. Cuz thats what the junk guy would givei guess.i hade couldn't afford it.when I took my car there Ray told me to leave the key in the gas cover, I did. I New a had to get my car out of there. I had a bad feeling. I asked him to put the key back in the gas cover. And I would pick it up period period after 2 nights of going there. There was no key ever in there period so on the 3rd day. But went there while he was open. Leo told me oh. Let's go check. To see if the keys in the gas cap cause we had some breakings and he's telling me how the one truck got broken into bad stereo system but the stereo was still there period I asked him. Let me see the police report. He said he didn't have one. They didn't make a police report. Period So you want to go get the key?And of course, it wasn't there, but yet my door was never unlocked.There's a pound of dust on it.Nobody ever tried to open it. I guess he is a little upset because I wouldn't sell him.My car with a good motor His threat needed one so you figured I aint getting my work done there. Mine as well, do something and cost me money. Because my car was sitting there for a little bit. So now I'm even in worst shape.Could it cost me four hundred and seven dollars for a key that he decided to do whatever was

1st off when Ray was alive this place was Awesome! Now that he's no longer with us his garage has went way down! The mechanic there is a RIP off & does horrible work I went in to get my oil gasket replaced twice the 1st time he said he replaced it & come to find out he didn't replace it,but lied & said he did.Well it started leaking the next day,so I took it back this time he did replace it,but didn't do a very good at all it started to leak again not even a month after smh ..Oh I forgot to mention he told me my pinion were leaking,so I took it to another shop & had it looked at & was told there was no leak! what he was going to do is charge me for that for that & fix the gasket noing there was nothing wrong with my pinion..

As I said April ..There was nothing wrong with my pinions,so why would I spend more money replacing something that there is nothing wrong with..My advice to you is hire another mechanic & stop siding with the one that's going to be the cause of your dad's shop to close / go down!!!

I attempted to get my car fixed her all over the google page we fix all euro cars BMW, Audi, Mercedes benz than when I call to get my audi worked on oh we only work on Mercedes don't bother with this shop if they are already lieing on there google page think of what they will lie on with you car

I found Ray's European back in May of 2023, and this is now the ONLY place I will take my Mercedes. I drive 40 miles, there and back, just because I know they'll do the job right. They'll be honest about the results on their diagnosis, and they'll be fair with their labor and parts pricing. Seriously make them your shop, you'll be so glad you did.

I’d say that Ray’s European garage is probably the most superior garage in all of Phoenix, It may seem a little biased since they have fixed a car of mine multiple times and have been great friends in the process but honestly I have not been able to find a more honest, reliable, and trustworthy shop in all of Phoenix. I think their knowledge in cars as well as in professionalism is awesome!

Car was giving me major issue and honestly I was worried at how much money I was looking to spend but after taking it to Ray’s not only was his conversation and service great but that was the best work I’ve ever had done on a car. Definitely recommend checking him out.

Ray is an awesome mechanic. Very meticulous and super knowledgeable. He worked on my Mercedes Wagon, and i plan to have him do more work soon. Great prices and trusted work.

Adjusted my airmatic suspension on my 2006 mercedes benz CLS 500 for a nice price, great mechanic! Ray definitely knows what hes doing. Highly recommend. Seriously.
