As a woman who finds car service intimating as I have been taken advantage of before, the service here was impeccable. Instead of charging me $125 for a new tire, he was honest and told me he was able to patch it for much less $$. This wonderful gentleman was honest and runs an amazing business. I appreciate the equal care here as a woman.

Great experience today. They replaced a back tire for me and fixed a leak in another tire. Entire job took about 20 minutes, and for a reasonable price! I highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and attentive. There was no wait time compared to +3 tire shops I stopped to before. Got there and they began immediately. Alignment was done in short time and was out in no time. Not only that but has competitive pricing with alignment being so affordable at just $50. If you’re planning on getting your vehicle fixed, I assure you make this your first stop because you’ll be in good hands.

Pros: $50 alignment. Best price in town, as far as I'm aware. Alignment job is good. Main guy at front desk is nice and helpful. Cons: Owner isn't very friendly, wait times are insanely long, and they really should have a separate property to sell used cars on. The lot is WAY too packed. My freshly detailed car absolutely reeked of alcohol after the technician drove it. Summary: If you want the best price, don't mind waiting 90+ minutes, and customer service doesn't matter to you, this is a good option.

Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning to get more work done on my truck! They fixed my drive shaft and transfer casing. My truck drove great afterwards! They explain everything they are doing and even showed me the problem. It's hard finding a mechanic that won't take advantage of you, especially being a female, but they're great I'll definitely be returning! Thanks Brian and Ray for everything!

The mechanic at this Ray's is beyond generous and knowledgeable. He replaced all kinds of parts on my cruze. what would've cost me a few grand anywhere else just he charged me about 750 for it all and replaced the thermostat for free. The mechanic is what makes this place great. Bryan was his name. Very good guy and through. He replaced 6 hoses, valve cover, housing for something I can't remember, thermostat, and a sensor all for 750 parts included

They will lie, steal and let your car be damaged. Do not trust this shop. They couldn’t even put trash bags over the SMASHED WINDOWS to protect someone’s interior.

Very helpful shop here. Purchased a set of tires here and they have performed a couple of patch jobs (I drove over some glass) for free. Fast and excellent service.

I cannot believe how incompetent the staff is here!! You can't even get in and out of the garage without risking wrecking your car because the lot is so crammed!! You have idiots for tire techs!! I want my lug nut socket you lost!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I truly have no reason to be misleading anyone, so, I am relating this information, because I feel as though word "of mouth" should still carry some weight, in the decision making process. I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Ray's Tire & Auto. I know, for a fact, that they saved me $$$hundreds$$$ on a repair, and, did excellent work, my very first time utilizing them, and, they've been my go-to ever since.

Ive always come here for my alignments they have the best price ive seen but not only that they have a big heart and I believe that they truely care about there customers and there safety they noticed I had a bunch of loose iteams from some work i recently had done and been having alot of troble since having someone i thought had known what they were doing just damaged my car worse and stolen from me and they told me about some stuff they did wrong and fixed it mostly just a bunch of loose iteams at a great price since im low income not so easy to get work that i always need done but i do love my car its an older one but it has alot of sentlemental value to me and its my only transportation I plan on going back as soon as I can afford it to do a little more work done I 100% highly recommend them nothing but nice things to say about them only part I regreat is not coming sooner this time.

Stopped in to check a tire, took it off, .couldn't find a slow leak, (which is hard) put the tire back on , NO CHARGE, great guys, highly recommended

The price to fix my car was double the amount of what I paid. They truly worked with me to make sure my car was up and running properly. I was very skeptical about them at first, but I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

This is my place! Ray (owner) and Brian are just the best! -- I consider them - I think of them as friends! --- I also enjoy going in there to see them. I ❤️ these guys! I will not do business with any other place. Prices are beyond fair! -- beyond Fajr!---- These guys have saved me countless $$$$$... I appreciate it, and I most certainly appreciate them!
