Please don’t give these guys your money. For one, it’s his wife that answers the phone not the professional and she doesn’t know when he’s available, she’ll give you a date and they won’t respect it. Two, they’ll get rid of the check engine light and tell you it’s all good (it won’t be all good). Lastly, they won’t answer your calls after your ride leaves you stranded in the middle of the road. Please don’t go to these guys, their reviews are bad for a reason

His wife was rude and unprofessional When i called. Guessing because i was a female because she was acting like I was a potential mistress or something. I was very odd. Didn't do business because of this. I got a vibe that I might not get my part back from these people. Do not recommend.

If you want to take the gamble on him showing up, or letting you know he isn't....spoke to him, told him I really need my car tomorrow, already missed 1 day at work. He said he would be out later afternoon, early evening, he text at 4:15 said he would be an hour or so at his current job, but be over to me after. Not only did he not show, no call, no text, nor did he bother to respond to my text.....waste of time! Beware...and have a backup

It's been over 2 months to get my Air Conditioning fixed and meanwhile. Has dodged me every chance he got. Hung up whenever I called. Promised callbacks (never happened, not once). I don't think he even bought the "part" for the installation. I finally had enough and had to visit the man myself to see what's going on... greeted with rudeness and stink eye. Got called stoopid and broke. Threatened me and suggested giving me $20 out of the $150 paid.. Finally agreed to work on my Truck AC today at 4pm. Me being punctual and having to get off work early to be there. (Was told to come back later or tomorrow). I'm sorry, man, it didn't work out. And I am truly glad to be done and over with it. Got some of my money back 💰 (He, Also threatened to come to my house) I replied, "Yes, please, so you can work on my truck" . If anything happens to me. I'm taking legal action and you're on camera.

OMG!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Robert and Diane!!! Went in for a convertible top replacement!!! I gotta say Robert got skills... he knew exactly what he was doing!!! Robert and Diane were very easy to talk to... and even let me know of theirconcerns for other problems I had... I was so excited to see the good job he did... very good decent pricing...I will be returning for all other problems to be done.... and for those reading this review...I highly recommend going here to getting work done... once again I can't express how much more I wanna say but Thank you Robert and Diane!!! He must’ve had a fall from grace. His reviews were decent, many happy customers. But when he came by to look at my car and take my money, I had to chase him down for over a week to put the parts in my car with no answer or response. After threatening to get my money back, he answered and had me drop the car off at his place when it was hardly drivable. He’s a mobile mechanic??? He insured me it would be fixed in the next 2 days. He kept it for at least 10 days hardly communicating as to why there was a hold up. He finally out of nowhere drops my car off and says “there’s no check engine light” and wanted the rest of the money that I agreed to pay. I paid him. Less than a week, it broke down and I had to tow it home. Called him all week and he wouldn’t show up to check his work. When he showed up, even though the symptoms were the same as the last, he said it was a different problem and part needed to be fixed. Something that he didn’t “guarantee”. One problem he did guarantee to fix again was the turbo. This is two weeks ago. Has he called me yet? Nope, more money spent to a different mechanic and a new car. He may not know I got a new car but I’m still waiting for that car part and the turbo to be fixed. This is the worst. He took my money and time and left me with a broken down car with no care whatsoever. DO NOT give this man money upfront.

Used my truck for spare parts, left methadone bottles in the truck, Took 4 months to do nothing, Truly a scam artist. They will charge you for a bunch of things that will not fix your stuff and then they won't actually do it they'll use the money you gave them for drugs, to get high and not actually do the work. I truly feel wronged and i put a ton of trust and hope in this shop. I replaced my spark plugs and wires and they put old ones in, kept the parts. Truly disgusting. They wouldn't do anything unless i consistently bothered them and even then they just lied and said they did.

Screwed me out of 1000 bucks and left a bunch of methadone bottles in my truck. Thought they were good people but was sadly mistaken. Took 3 months to get nowhere on my truck, new mechanic cannot comprehend what this guy was doing and everyone tells me he scammed me.

Diane and her husband were soo accommodating we had to reschedule a couple of times , but they did their due diligence to fit us in. Fair price, professional. Mr. Robert is the Ultimate Best in Quality & Service. Me and my family of 6 was traveling in our car from Oklahoma to San Diego. Broke down on us close to midnight. In Albuquerque, New Mexico. Stressed with a dilemma of now finding a car Dr. @ close to midnight. First God Blessed us the time to be able to get a rental from airport. Then to call him. Raining hard he told me if I can get the car to him he got me. Car started to over heat. We dropped car off Continue to Cali for vacation. He found the problem. Sent pictures of problem and charged a fair and decent price. When we came back thru a few days later the car was filled with fluids fixed and got us back to Oklahoma!!!! My motorcycle was acting up and wouldn’t start. I was stressed because I couldn’t drive it to a shop and don’t have a truck/trailer so I didn’t know how I was going to get it fixed. I call Robert on Wednesday evening at 6pm and he was able to come all the way out to my home the next day! I was so impressed with how fast he was able to come out to me and even more impressed with how quick he fixed my bike. He only spent about an hour working on my motorcycle and he got it running all while I was inside making dinner! This was the easiest/quickest mechanic I’ve ever worked with and he was more than fair with his pricing! Only mechanic I will be calling from now on!

My car wasn’t shifting out of first gear after I put a new battery in it. Every other mechanic I called told me it’d be thousands for a new transmission. This angel got my car up and running for under $400 when I had lost hope. Amazing service! I will be recommending him to everyone!

Robert and his wife are fantastic people and lifesavers! Left CA and broke down in the evening just outside of Albuquerque. Robert was the only mobile mechanic in the area that would come out. He diagnosed the problem and spent all day Sunday hunting down the parts and making the repairs to get us back on the road. His prices are more than fair and far less than most mechanics would charge.

Unbelievable customer service I called because something was wrong with the starter in the truck, I’m from Canada and could have ended up in a very bad spot. They came down as fast as they could and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Actually honest family run business a rarity these days sadly. If you have a car issue CALL THEM they won’t rip you off and they will make sure you’re good to go and ok! I appreciate you guys so much!!

Robert is a fantastic person & mechanic. Came out in the evening for me after my ignition stopped turning and my window was stuck down in a part of town you don’t want that to happen. He fixed it despite the weather & was reasonably priced. Will recommend to anyone :) A+ Had my car started and working again in only about an hour.
