Took my Ford F-150 to another shop first and had the turbo replaced. That shop botched the job, to say the least, and then I was referred to RC Auto. With just one conversation I could tell these guys know more than most. Very educated on the subject matter and able to articulate issues perfectly to the customer. Not only did they make the needed repairs but also documented what the other place did wrong. Even got a refund from the other shop. Could not be happier with RC Autos service. Chris was fantastic but everyone I interacted with was excellent. I recommend RC Auto to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. Believe me, it’s worth it.

I had a great experience here! Everyone who worked with me was very clear about what my car needed, pricing, and were very kind! I felt very welcomed and treated with honesty, which as a customer is so appreciated! My father is a mechanic and has done most of the repairs on my vehicle, so picking the right mechanic was tough for me. RC Auto got me taken care of and I will be coming back if I ever need anything else done!

I highly recommend this company to anyone they are very well rounded in many things a dealership can do and knowledgeable, they are very professional and friendly and make you feel welcomed, Iv now had work done on my wife’s car and my truck, Their not going to stick it to ya like most places and the dealership would, Shane,Zach,Chris are all great guys up there and are all about true customer satisfaction they update you through the entire process as well as keep a log of the work they preform then text the log to you, I was in the shop yesterday and their bays are so clean and organized and well maintained five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me, and I will continue to use them!! Took my truck here for multiple issues and these guys were fantastic all the way around. Their communication as well as description of the work along with pictures and video are fantastic. Another shop told me I needed a new ABS module to fix my issue and that was not the issue. These guys found some bad wiring and sensors that needed to be replaced. They fixed me up quick and got me back on the road. It’s also the cleanest shop I’ve ever seen. They have all my business moving forward for sure.

Typically when I drive into the mechanic I have to worry about what repairs they’re going to hit with that I didn’t need or request. Definitely not the case with RC. They suggest that the repair does not require immediate attention, but should be addressed in the next oil change. Then, offer to take me to work downtown if my ride can’t make it. Just to clarify, I work for Arvest Bank not RC Auto Specialist. Can’t say enough things about them…..GLS I have been with RC for about 6 months.I got tired of taking my vehicle to the dealer for costly repairs and standard maintenance for absorbent prices. With RC, I’m getting better pricing and worry free repairs. I highly recommend giving RC a shot at your business….. GLS

This shop is awesome! The cleanest I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a few. Literally eat off the floor at this place. Excellent communication. Really nice and friendly people. Chris is an amazing service advisor! The detail of the service inspection is like no other. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, detailed work.

Christopher and the entire team did an excellent job at taking care of my 2017 ford escape when it needed a new engine. And I really appreciate the professionalism and knowledge from Christopher and the entire team when explaining the process and diagnosis in reference to the problem the escape was having. They got me back on the road as quickly as possible and I will be using them for future services and maintenance down the road. If you want a local honest mechanic that specializes in ford and don’t want to deal with the quick lane at the ford dealership then RC auto is the shop for you.
