They do a great job on all our vans and trucks to get them in and out at a timely manner for my employees can get back to work. They know if we aren’t on the road we aren’t making money. So very mindful with business fleets and very professional.

Great customer service, and Tim and his team are very knowledgeable. Full clutch replacement for a 370z, among other things and everything's working great. Throughout the process, they keep you up to date with concerns and costs, and are thinking ahead when it comes to considering potential impacts of existing issues.

Satisfied customer here. I was impressed by thoroughness and communication (specifically conversation before I even decided to bring my car in). Also, they stand behind their work. I experienced a minor issue weeks after the repair and they fit me in immediately - resolved the issue, no questions asked and free of charge. Definitely earned my trust. If I ever need work done on my vehicles in the future (not just transmissions), RK will be my first call.

Had some issues with transmission shuddering between 2nd/3rd gear. I made an appt and when I dropped the vehicle off, Mr. Klein (owner) was very focused on listening to my explanation of the issue. During the work process, I was kept up to date. It took a bit longer than I expected, but I'm all for taking the time that is needed to do the job right, and the owner also mentioned that he had recently lost a technician the week prior to my drop off so I suspect that was the main reason. Mr. Chappell (service advisor) was extremely pleasant and polite to work with for updates. At the end of the day, my truck is now shifting smoothly, and I am very pleased with the work. Cost was roughly in line with what I was expecting as well. I will not hesitate to visit this shop in the future as I may have a need.

I utilized Real World Automotive for working on my company truck (That One Landscaping Company). I have never met a friendlier group of mechanics. They know their stuff, and they will inform you about your vehicle's issues before starting work on it, rather than doing more work than necessary. I can't recommend Tim and his crew enough. The folks here helped us when we were in a huge bind. I had a small window to deliver my daughter's motorcycle to Tampa following her separation from the Army. My Jeep started running hotter than normal but not in the red or boiling over. The difficulty was that happened on Monday and I had the trailer lined up for Thursday. Rich and the gang took my Jeep in, identified the problem, sourced parts and completed repairs by close of business Tuesday. The Jeep made the round trip to Tampa and back (and tooled around Tampa in 100+ temps) without a hitch. I appreciate the care and willingness to help me out of a tight spot!

Highly recommend. Found their business on Yelp. I had a VW with what I thought to be a transmission issue and called to get a quote. After speaking with Tim he suggested I bring it in for them to diagnose the issue. They looked at it the next day and sent me a quote. Tim called and we went through it line by line. Turns out it wasn’t the transmission but two cylinders were misfiring. They made the necessary repairs and had my car back within two business days. They answered questions without making me feel I was a bother. Glad I have found a shop who can work on my VW besides the dealer. Awesome group of guys. Thank you Tim and Rich. I’ll be back!!

I was having trouble with my car window being stuck and Tim said bring it by and they will check it out. Less than 2 hours called me told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. The parts were ordered same day. Tim also checked my oil and seen I was over due. His business worked with me when I was available. My car window is fixed and oil has been changed. I highly recommend Tim and Real World Automotive!!!

I received a transmission fault warning and feared the worst. RK Transmission did a thorough diagnostic and found it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. They are very communicative and take the time to explain the issue. Highly recommend!
